How's the idiot who got you pregnant?

Andres p.o.v.

"Hey Lacey." I call from her kitchen.

"Going." I her scream. She comes into the kitchen in a big shirt, it's one of my old shirts. "Do you want pancakes or waffles?" I ask. "Waffles." she says smiling. "You always smile for waffles." I point out teasing her. "Especailly if Andres David Ferron is making them" She says, her eyes hold happiness. I've missed seeing her happy and playful. I chuckle at her respond. "You know you do make the best waffles ever, you never like to admit it, your waffles taste amazing, don't doubt yourself David." She says calling me by my middle name. She's being serious. "Look at you being all big and serious using my middle name." I tease her. She laughs.

Her phone goes off, she goes to pick it up.  Her face holds a serious expression, her voice is professional.

  "I have the day off tomorrow." She says surprised. "A day with Andrea?" I ask her. "Where to?" she asks. "Disneyland?"I ask. "I haven't been there in a while." She says. "It will be my treat." I say. "Andres I can pay for my ticket," She says.

"Lacey I'm not saying or implying you can't pay for your own ticket, I'm saying it's my treat." I say looking at her. "I'm not going to take no for an answer." I add, she knows I won't back down.  She just nods her head and doesn't fight me on it which I'm thankful for. "Thank you." She wraps her arms around me, I embrace her in the hug. "No problem." I say.

Days later

It's been days since we went to Disney and Andrea absolutely loved it, she took many pictures with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and many other Disney characters. Ashton, Astrid, Nixon, Nessa, Kiara, Sebs, Mom, and Nicolas joined us. Lacey had invited them to my surprise. She aways said the more the merrier. Andrea had the time of her life with us, by the end of the night was out. Lacey walked so much her feet were soar the next day.

"How was Disney?" Janell asks over dinner. I looking up from my plate. "It was great, Andrea loved it." I say. She smiles a little.

"I'm glad she loved it." She says.

"How's everything?" I ask. "It's going great, the companies are doing great, school is great." She says.

"We haven't hung out in a while." I say.

"I know, we've been busy." She says. "You have Andrea and I have so many things going on." She adds giving me a small smile.

"Are you stressed?" I ask.

"A little bit." She says. "You got this Janell, don't forget to breath and once again you got this." I say, she gives me a smile and eats. We head back to my apartment to hang out.

"Are you sleeping over?" I ask her. "I think I am." She says. I give her a shirt of mine and she changes.

"Thank you for tonight." Janell says as she's cuddling up to me, resting her head on my chest. I wrap an arm around her and stoke her arm with my other. I kiss the top of her. "It was delightful." I say.

"We're using formal English mister Ferron?" She asks giggling.

"Indeed." I say causing her to laugh. I smile at her reactions. This are the types of nights I look forward to. She moves up and kisses me, I kiss her back. "Good night Andres." She says once she pulls away. "Good night Janell." I say. She moves over to the other side of the bed. I turn off the night lamp.

"Andres." I wake to hear Janell. I get up. "What happened?" I ask. "Your phone." She says. I pick up the call without check the caller. "Andres it's Andrea, we're in the emergency room." Lacey says.

"Where at? What's wrong?" I ask quickly. She explains what's going on and where they're at. She hangs up and I quickly change. "What's going on?" Janell asks.

"Andrea is in the emergency room." I say. "Want me to go with you?" Janell asks.

"It's fine Janell you have school tomorrow." I say. "I want to go." She says getting up. She quickly changes into some of Lacey's clothes. They fit her kinda big since Lacey is curvy.

"How come you have Lacey's clothes in here?" She asks with curiosity laced in her voice. "I don't know, I think she might of accidentally placed them in Andreas luggage." I say. Janell nods her head. I drive us to the hospital.

I find Lacey sitting with Andrea on a bed in the Emergency Room. "How is she?" I ask Lacey.

"She's tired, she has a fever and it won't come down." She says with a worried face. I turn to look at Andrea and she looks so tired, and sick it hurts me. I sit next to Andrea and watch her. "Parents of Andrea Ferron-Coleman?" We look up to see a nurse. "That would be us." I say. "We will be moving you guys up to a room.The doctors will be in your room shortly." She says. We nod our heads. She leads us to a room. I pick Andrea and carry her. Janell is following with us. We take an elevator ride and then take two rights and we're in front of the nurses station. I set Andrea down and the nurse helps her get connected.

"I'm Doctor Stelzon, I will be your doctor." He says. His eyes land on Andrea. "How are you feeling?" He asks her. Andrea doesn't respond which is weird, she's usually a talkative child. "Tired." She barley makes out. He looks up and sees Lacey. "Lacey!" He smiles. "Ry." She smiles. "This is little Andrea?" He asks. Lacey nods her head. "I'll take care of her like she's my own." He says. He checks Andrea. "How's Lisa?" Lacey asks. "She's being Lisa, traveling enjoying her life. How's the idiot that got you pregnant?" He asks. "He's fine" I say. He turns to look at me, he glances at me for a briefly. "You should come to dinner, my mom misses you. Don't be a stranger, she loves you and Andrea." He says.

"I'll try." She says. "You made me think of the night that we found it Andrea is allergic to kiwis." She says. She told me Andrea was allergic to Kiwis but she never told me the full story of how she found out. "I'm so thankful you were there." She says.

"Andrea I'm always here for you. We need to strip her down to her diaper and cool her down." He says.

"Do anything you need to do Ry. I fully trust you." Lacey says. The nurse begins to undress Andrea, I help the nurse. Lacey embaraces the doctor in a hug.

I seen one of the doctors getting friendly with Lacey. "The doctor seems to be getting friendly with Lacey." Janell comments. "You should head back, you have school." I say giving Janell the keys to my car. "I'll drive your car back to your place." She says. She kisses me. "I hope Andrea feels better." She says. I nod my head. I see her talking to Lacey before she leaves, she hugs her and then leaves. "How is she doing?" Andrea asks.

"The temperature is beginning to drop." I say. "What did the doctor say?" I ask her. "Nothing. He just asked if I was Ry's patient." She says honestly.

"What's the deal with Ryan?" I ask her.

"He's like a brother to me Andrea, when he found I was pregnant he was disappointed in a way. He thought I was going to stop my studies but I didn't, he helped me when I left my parents." She says. I nod my head. "He was there during the delivery?" I ask her. "He was. My parents were there too." She says. I nod my head.
