Situation

Andres p.o.v.

I can't believe she's alive, my daughter is alive.

"Don't do anything stupid." Mom says. "Think about your daughter Andres." She adds.

"Mom, I won't threaten Lacey, that's the last thing I want. I just got out of being in court for my sisters' custody, I don't want to fight in court." I say.

"Nicolas and I will gladly represent you if needed." Mom says.

"Thank you. I'm going talk have a talk with Lacey tomorrow." I say. My eyes land on Ashton.

"We became dad." She whispers.

"No, we didn't Ash if anything I didn't try hard enough for her. I became dad." I say.

"Shut up both of you," Astrid says. "None of us became Fernando. He left knowing he had kids, this is different. Andres was lied to. She said she was going to abort and left. She left a letter and never looked back. This situation is totally different. Lacey and Mom are two completely different people, so is Andres and dad." She adds.

"Astrid's right. Andres isn't Fernando and Lacey isn't me. This situation is completely different. They have a chance at giving this little girl a normal life without hurting her." Mom says.

"I need to talk to Janell" I say running my fingers through my hair.

"Beth was looking for you." Mom says.

"What did she want?" I ask.

"She just said to tell you she was looking for you." Mom says.

"She also addressed Janell in a funny way." Astrid adds.

"Beth doesn't like Janell. One of Janell's cousin played her." I explain.

"She also doesn't like that Janell is dating you and mama likes her." Ashton adds.

"I don't care about Beth. She's just Sebs' sister and Nessa's friend." I shrug. "Well I'm going to head to bed, I need to wake up early tomorrow." I say my goodbyes and head to bed.

"Close your curtain." I look over and see Lany in her bedroom.

"I should say the same." I say.

"I haven't seen you around." she gives me a small smile.

"I've been busy." I say.

"I figured, Andress I'm your friends you can lean on me if anything." She says.

"Thank you, Lany, I'll keep that in mind." I say.

"So the girl that's been hanging out with you? Is she the girlfriend?" She asks.

"Yeah. That's the plan." I say.

"She's pretty, seems nice." She says.

"She is," I say smiling. "She's something special." I smile.

"Is she hated by the ex's? " she asks joking around. I nod my head. "oh she's a keeper already." She says making me laugh.

"Andres, Janell is calling she says it's urgent," Nessa says. "Oh hey, Lany." She greets.

"Whats going on?" I ask. She hands me the phone.   "Janell?" I ask. "It's Sebastion, he's out of control." She says scared.

"Where are you?" I ask her. she gives me the address. "I'll see you later," I tell Lany. I grab a jacket and my keys and run to my car.

"I'm going wherever you're going," Nessa says. I nod my head and drive us to the club, given by Janell. We get there in no time and were allowed in without waiting in line. One of the bouncers leads us to Sebastion. "Thank you," I say, he nods his head and leads Nessa to Janell. "Sebs," I say.

"OH HEYY Andres."  He greets loudly. He reeks of alcohol. "Rounds on me," he says too loud.

"We're fine." I cancel the order. "We need to get you home," I say.

"Will there be booze?"  he asks. I shake my head.

"Then no home." He crosses his arms like a little kid.

"Sebastion Rios get your ass up, we're going home." My head turns to Nessa. She sounds like mom when she speaks that way. It sobered Sebs up. He nods his head.

"Hey, you" Janell greets."I arrange everything so it won't get out of the club, he was just drinking a lot. it concerned the bartenders, no one will know he was here." She informs me.

"Thank you." I smile at her. I kiss her.

"The second one is more like the thank you I like," she says in a teasing manner.

"Unlock the car," Nessa instructs. I do as instructed.

"I'll see you tomorrow for lunch?" I ask Janell. She nods her head "and for dinner." She adds. She kisses me. "Good night," I say. "Good night," she says going back into the club.  Sebs in the car with Nessa. Nessa is sitting in the passenger seat while Sebs is in the back. I drive us to Sebs place, he's looking out the window. Every once in a while Nessa checks on him. We help him get into his apartment and we lay him on his bed.

"I will stay with him, take my car and then just pick me up." I say.

"Andres you have a busy day with Lacey tomorrow. It's fine I'll stay and watch over Sebs." She says.

"Are you sure?" I ask.

"I'm sure, plus I'm milk this one." She says making me laugh.

"You've taken care of drunk Sebs before?" I ask her.

"Back in our college days, he would take care of me too." She says. I nod my head.

"I'm head out now if you need anything just call me." I hug her and kiss her check.

"I will." She says as I leave.
