The song is from one of my favorite movies of 2016. You guys should totally watch it and comment if you have already!

Damian POV

After I finished cleaning my nose and taking a sip of water I made my way over to my father.
"I still don't see why we can't just sneak into VE. We have the tools and the skills for it."
"You heard what Jason said." My father didn't even avert his gaze. He was typing at the bat computer like I wasn't even there.

"Security isn't a problem, father. Although we don't have the numbers we have the skills."

I hear him sigh as if he was annoyed. When he looked up at me I saw he had a frustrated expression on his face.

"What's this really about?" He asks. "Yesterday you were on board with it."
I fold my arms across my chest and look him in the eye.
"She's a loner."
Bruce didn't answer but stared at his son.
"She looks easy to manipulate and use. Its surprising she didn't sign over half of the company yet."
"Not surprised." Bruce said. "She takes pride in it and I think she is very brave for it."

I was very surprised to hear that come from my fathers mouth. He thought that woman was brave because she wouldn't sell her company? His statement is confusing and is making it hard for me to comprehend.

"I don't understand father. She is a woman of class and you think of her as brave? For what? Running an entire company? I can do that, easy."
He shook his head and sighed.
"You're smart, figure it out."

I let out a scoff and walked away with my hands in my pocket. My father, smart. He knows I want answers and the only way I can get them is by talking to Valarie myself. Or so he presumes.

"Their is more than one way to skin a deer, father." I mumble.

Valarie's penthouse  (Damian POV)

Valarie's penthouse wasn't hard to find. She had a very nice view of the city. It was quite pleasant and breath talking. Her car wasn't their in the garage so I assumed she left.

I snuck in through a window and started looking around. Her room was clean with an exceptional color. It wasn't bold or plain either. The room smelled of vanilla and it made the air smell sweet.
I saw a figure move out of the corner of my eyes and I pulled out my katakana. To my surprise it was a white cat. It let out a meow and hopped on the window looking at me.

The fancy white angora purred and looked back at me. As if I would stroke it's fur. It was like it was used to being admired and cherished by all. It was a beautiful day but that's not what captured my eyes. It was the cats eyes believe it or not.

The eyes told a story I couldn't see but if I looked deeper I'd  understand. To bad I don't have the time.
I gave the cat one last glance and continued my way around the house.

I honestly didn't have any idea on what I was looking for. I was mainly focused on trying to find a clue that led to her parents involvement in illegal matters. I was doing this for me. Valarie did not seem like the type of person who knew anything. She looked like a fragile child of the damned.

When I saw her face she looked like she was used to being commiserated by others and given sympathy.  The sound of music entered my ears as I crept around the house. I was kept walking trying to find where the sound was coming from. In hopes I'd find something captivating.

My hopes didn't fail me. They were right on target but what I saw wasn't what I was expecting.

A woman in black point shoes was dancing. I couldn't see her face but her feet moved in sync with her body. She danced with agility and grace. Only when she stopped and her face was in the mirror did I glare.
I couldn't believe it was her. It was Valarie Ellington.

Valarie Ellington.

It made me examine my thoughts about her. Rethink my previous judgment about her personality and the possibility that she could have helped her parents. That the child of the damned was innocent. No one who dances that comely is guilty.

To bad I can't let myself believe it. Valarie Ellington can show Gotham anything they want to see but it's only a matter of time before she makes a mistake.  She's guilty until proven innocent.
