"Is he singing right now?"
Scarlett was too hypnotized watching him, to even realize anyone was talking to her. Smoke was coming up out of the ground around him, lights were flashing around him. Jumping up and down to the music the girls were smiling and laughing. They were having so much fun, they didn't even realize how much time was going by. Suddenly, he stopped singing while the music was still playing and looked over to Scarlett.

"I want to give a shout out, to the woman that gave me the faith I have today. The woman of my dreams. My girlfriend and the only woman I'll ever want for the rest of my life. Scarlett Newton. I love you baby!"

Scarlett immediately started blushing and stood absolutely still. Not knowing what she should do. She didn't like attention. He knew that. What on earth was he thinking! She smiled and waved to everyone looking at her. Including the many girls that were now giving her dirty looks. She was expecting death threats after the show.

Michael looked up at the roof, closed his eyes and took a deep breath then finished his song. It wasn't long after that, that the concert was over and people were going crazy, holding up their VIP backstage passes in the air so people would let them through.
"Move!" Someone said as they shoved Scarlett out of the way.

"I am moving. Go somewhere else!"

She was shoved again, and this time into Crystal, who at that point had had enough.

"Do it again you wicked witch, and see what evil I do to that nasty thing you call a face!"

The girl immediately looked at Crystal and raised her hands up in surrender, and slowly moved to the other side of the room.

"I don't have a badge or whatever, but Michael said to meet him here."
"Name." The door man said.
"Oh, it's Scarlett, but I'm not..."
"I have you right here on the list miss Scarlett, go on back."

Scarlett looked over to Crystal completely dumbfounded, and did as the man said.
Walking around in the back, behind all these people that were in line to get in to see the band, she was just reminded of her dream. She closed her eyes. Just breathe. She told herself. And before she even opened her eyes, she heard a familiar voice in front of her, snapping her back to her reverie.

"Scarlett. Love. You coming?" It was Michael. She nodded and smiled, very happy. And even happier when she walked in the room. Very happy to not see a kissing booth.

Her eyes softened, as she looked at Michael. Signing autographs and taking pictures. He had the nicest smile. She loved it when he smiled. He had many smiles, one was the smile he made when pleasing others, when he wasn't necessarily pleasing himself. Not quite a smile, but a grin with no teeth, and the other that was like it, was just for the pictures. Those ones, his pearly whites were shown. But the smile he had now, the one he was showing right at that moment, as he looked at Scarlett, made her shift in her seat. It gave her chills, and she began to bat her eyelashes a little more than normal. It was her grin. The one he gave only her. A crooked smile, with a little bit of teeth, but the kicker, the realness he gave her and no one else, was his eyes smiled too. There were other smiles he had, but this was her favorite. This one was hers, and hers alone. In a room full of strangers, full of people that didn't even know she existed, didn't even see her... she felt invisible, but with him looking at her that way, she felt more special than anyone had ever made her feel, she felt needed, wanted... she felt, alive. She wanted that moment to last forever.
