"What was is it you wanted to show me?" I said looking down at the trunk.
"Get in!" I was pushed into the trunk of the car with the top closing on top of me.
"NO!, NO!" I screamed. It was hard and I couldn't see. It was tight and I could move inside the trunk of the car. I screamed and banged my hands on the roof for help.
Bang, Bang, Bang.
I heard three gunshots and suddenly the trunk of the car opened. I quickly jumped out with sweat beating down on me. I looked around to see three dead bodies.
Little D.
Tony.
Alexander.
"Buzz, Buzz, Buzz"
"Ahh shit!" I yelled at the sound of my alarm. I looked around to realize I am in my room and not at the car wash. I am breathing heavily and I feel my heart beating fast. I touch my chest to feel it full of sweat. I bushed my hair back away from my face and took deep breaths. Once I felt myself calming down I finally turned off my alarm. I stayed on my bed in a daze not thinking of anything.
"Shit" I said. I slowly rose up from the bed and out of bed.
It's been a few days since I got an attack again. And it seems whoever is after me is getting more and more desperate.
Letting out a deep sigh. I took a shower and got ready for school. After I got changed into my uniform I made my way downstairs.
"Morning." I said walking into the kitchen. Everyone was already awake and eating breakfast.
"Morning Max, would you like some breakfast?" Jackie ask.
"No thanks," I answered going into the refrigerator to get a bottle of water.
"I am leaving early to meet with the team for conditioning," I say opening the water and drinking it. "I'll see you guys later." I said leaving before they could say anything. Although Little D is out of the hospital already I still can't forget what happened. Unlike the other times, someone almost died. I still don't understand why are they after me and what everyone is hiding from me. I haven't told my friends about what's been going on and I am afraid once I do they will be targeted too. I came to my school's baseball filed early before my team. I decided to run around the field to see it could help me wake up and shake the nightmare.
