There were 3 other shots fired after the first gunshot. They were loud and close but not aimed at Sarah or Derek. Two short minutes later, they heard yelling down the hall.

"YOU INSIGNIFICANT BASTARD! YOU PEICE OF SHIT! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!"

"I'm s-sorry I didn't mean to, Boss, really. It w-was an accident!"

This time the gunshot was followed by a cry of pain.

"That means four dead, and one alive. Just injured." Derek whispered in Sarah's ear.

Sarah was about to say something when both she and Derek froze. THUMP. THUMP. THUMP. Footsteps. He was coming. He was coming for them. The door creeked loadly as the man kicked it open with his large boot.

"Did you get the job done?" He asked gruffly. He was talking to Derek. Sarah stared blankly at Derek as he said, scared yet again,

"I did."

"Good. Now go get dressed and I'll tell you what to do when you get back. I'll deal with the girl."

To Sarah's surprise, Derek didn't move. He simply stared at the tall, dark, and scary man.

"You deaf boy?" He said louder. "I said, go get dressed and I'll deal with the girl. NOW!"

This time Derek grabbed Sarah's hand and held tight. He still stared back, silent.

A few gruesome vains popped out on the dark mans neck. Now he was angry.

"I FUCKING SWEAR IF YOU DON'T GET UP OFF YOUR NO GOOD ASS I'LL KILL YOU LIKE THE REST OF THEM!"

Sarah squeezed Dereks hand and slowly let go. Quietly, oh so quietly she whispered, "Go."

And he went.

As soon as they realized that Sarah went to look for him, Blake and Savannah bolted out the door and to the woods. Luckily they spotted Sarah's bright pink sweatshirt in the mud, or they never wood have known where to go. It was 6:30 a.m. by now, and the sun was starting to come up. Her tracks were just barely visible in the mud and dirt, but somehow Blake and Savannah managed to follow them. They went on and on until the came to a very small clearing that included many footprints that did NOT belong to Sarah and an old clothe. The tracks went no further.

"Oh my god, oh my god." Blake worried. "OH MY GOD, OHMYGOOOODD!"

"shh Blake. Calm. Breathe."

"BUT SOMEONE MUST HAVE TAKEN HER, THEY MUST HAVE huurttt HER!"

"We'll find her."

"But-"

"Blake. We'll find her."

They sat there for a moment, thinking. Lost in their own thoughts. Then Blake saw them. He saw the motorcyle tracks.

"LOOK!" He said, practically screaming.

So they followed the tracks, but they went on forever. Suddenly, Blake knew where they led to.

"Savannah, how do you feel about spending a few extra days with me?"

Despite the situation, Savannah couldn't help but smirk. They sprinted back to the house while Blake clumsily packed a bag full of mismatched clothes, 3 pocket knives, 2 flashlights and some snacks. He glanced at Savannah and tossed her a bag.

"Go to Sarah's room and pack some of her clothes. You'll fit in them and she'll need them when we find her."

After they packed, they ran to the car.

"Where are we going?"

"Rainey. It's the town on the other side of Harrison. There are cabins there, just by the edge. No one lives there, it's free. I stayed there one night with a couple of my friends. I think that's where they took her."

It was 8:30 by then. Blake started fast, just pushing the limit.

"We have to make it." Blake said flatly.
