Beatrice's POV
When it was recess time, I couldn't find Alice anywhere so I decided to go to the bathroom.

"Hi Beatrice." Said my classmate last year, Shirley. "Oh hi Shirley. Long time no see." I said. "Yeah, I've missed you. How you've been." She asked. "Well I've been fine, I just met this cute boy like 2days ago so yeah. Anyway, how are you." I said. "I'm fine, you know, making new friends and stuff. Who's the cute boy?" She asked. "Oh his name is Chris, he's an exchange student." I said. "Oh, you mean Chris, he's my classmate." She said. "Really?! Nice." I said. "Yeah, he's polite and hardworking." She said. "Ohh that's nice. Hope he likes it here." I said. "Yeah but you should reall-." She said until l heard someone call my name. "Beatrice?! Beatrice? Where are you?!" Shouted Alice as she went into the bathroom. "Oh there you are." She said. "Hey Where have you been, oh Shirley I gotta go, see ya." I said then left. "Bye." She said. "Hey sorry I couldn't find you earlier, I was doing something." Alice said. "It's okay." I said as we walked around the hallway.

Shirley's POV
I was glad to see Beatrice again, I've missed her. She was like a sister to me until this year because we got seperated by different sections that's why I never got to talk together more often. I liked this new boy, his name is Chris and his best friend is Jake, Well good thing that they didn't get seperated with different sections. When I heard that Beatrice said Chris is cute, I knew very well that she likes him so I needed to win over Chris's heart and make him mine. I decided that I should get close to Chris so he will be mine forever. I walked up to Chris and held him by the shoulder.

"Hi Chris!!" I said. "Oh hi Shirley, how are you." He said as he tried to remove my hand from his shoulder. "Oh I'm fine, didn't you know that when A girl and a boy stares at each other for more than 1 minute it means that they like each other?" I said. "Umm no." He said.

It was quiet and we were staring at each other for like 30 seconds until the bell rang.

Ring ring!! "Oh that's the bell, guess I'll see ya later." He said then quickly pushed Jake to the classroom. "Yeah, see ya." I said as I stared a bit at the window.

Dang it! I tried doing in what I said but he got creeped out then left. Hmmm what should I do about it.

Chris's POV
I was talking with Jake about some stuff until I felt a hand on my shoulder. I shuddered a bit then turned around to see Shirley.

"Hi Chris!!" She said. "Oh hi Shirley, how are you." I said as I tried to remove her hand from my shoulder. "Oh I'm fine, didn't you know that when A girl and a boy stares at each other for more than 1 minute it means that they like each other?" She said. "Umm no." I said awkwardly.

Then we stared for like 30 seconds until the bell rang. Whew, thank god the bell rang because I was really creeped out by now.

"Oh that's the bell, Bye Shirley see ya." I said then quickly pushed Jake in the classroom. "Yo what's wrong with you." He said. "Shirley, she's really weird. We've never actually talked to each other before, just some little talk about projects and stuff but that was really weird." I said. "Hmm, that is strange, just walking up to you and talking about love. Oohhh maybe she likes you." He said. "But I don't like her, I only like one person and that is Beatrice." I said. "Yep, don't let her actions get to you." He said. "I won't, let's just avoid her from now on." I said. "Okay." He said as the teacher came.
