chapter 6

Chris's POV
It was already 7:35 and my class starts in 10 minutes, I still had a little spare time left. I was walking towards the locker room ad I saw Beatrice, I walked up to her.

"Hi Beatrice." I said then Beatrice turned around then suddenly she turned red as a cherry. "Oh umm hi Chris." She said. "Are you okay? You're red." I said as I placed my palm on her forehead. "I-I'm okay." She said. "Huh, okay then." I said as I went back to my locker. "Umm Chris?" She called. "Yeah?" I said. "Umm about yesterday, why d-did you do that?" She asked. "I don't really know hehe, it just k-kinda happened." I said. "W-what do you mean?" She asked. "I couldn't help it, your bottle fell and I had to give it back to you somehow." I said. "You could have just given it to me normally right?" She said. "Yeah I-I guess so, sorry." I said while rubbing the back of my neck. "Haha, your a silly boy Chris." She said while laughing a bit then left. "I guess I am." I said then laughed then went bacl to my room.

When I went back to the classroom, Jake was there looking for me.

"Hey buddy, I was looking everywhere for you, where you been?" He asked. "Well I was in a locker room when I saw Beatrice and talked to her." I said. "Oh yeah? What happened." He asked curiously. "She asked that why I did that thing yesterday and I said that it kinda just happened and he called me a silly boy and left." I said as I was happily repeating that memory over and over. "Woah, I think she likes you back." He said. "How can you tell?" I asked. "Well most girls would just creep out and avoid you if you do something like that but she's not creeped out nor avoiding you... So I got a hunch that she likes you back." He said. "Woah, well maybe I hope she does." I said then the teacher came and started our class.

While in the middle of  the period I fell a little sleepy and I decided to sleep a little knowing that my teacher does not really care for sleeping students . And we already discussed this lesson. Its just a recall.

Ring ring!!!! "All right children that's the bell, you are dismissed." Said the teacher then left. "Chris wake up! Chris, your drooling." Jake said then I shot up and wiping the drool on my face. "Huh Jake? What's up." I said sleepily. "Someone's calling you." He said. "Huh? Who?" I asked. "Don't know, she just called for you immediately." He said as he pointed at the girl outside the room. "Okay, thanks." I said then went up to the girl. "Hi Chris." She said. "Umm hi? Who are you." I asked. "I'm Alice, Beatrice's best friend. I just came by to give you something. Don't tell Beatrice that you got it from me okay?" She said as she gave me a piece of paper. "Umm okay? But what is this." I asked. "Just open it, bye. And I really want it to work out" She said then left. "Hey wait." I said but she just ignored me and went back to Beatrice.

It to work out? What's she talking about. I opened the paper she gave me and I was clearly shocked that she gave me Beatrice's phone number and her likes and dislikes, what he expects in a boy. God-fearing, handsome, caring. I guess Alice wants our relationship to work out. Heh, silly girl.
