Chapter 16

*The next day*
The rays of the sun from the blinds went to my face that made me open my eyes, I noticed the wide space on the bed.
I looked around to see that B was not next to me anymore. I checked my phone to see what time it is. Its 6:30am and I heard something downstairs. I checked the sound downstairs only to find B cooking breakfast.

She hasn't noticed me yet so I crept behind her and gave her a good morning hug.

"Woahh h-heyy." B startledly said.
"Good morning B." I said.
"Good Morning Chris, why don't you take a bath, I'll take care of things here." She said.
"Okayyy" I said then went upstairs to take a hot shower.

When I already finished taking a shower. I wore my old clothes for a while then went downstairs. I saw B and her mom already in the dining room, waiting for me.

"Hey Chris, good morning. Breakfast's ready" B's mom said.
"Hi auntie, good morning." I said as I sat down next to B.

We all chatted while we ate our breakfast.
It was already 7:15am and we needed to go.
B and I stopped by my place for a while to change my uniform into a new one then we headed off.

We arrived at school at exactly 7:40am, 5 minutes just before class starts. B and I went to our separate classrooms and started the day.

Beatrice's POV
It was already recess time. I hung out with Alice in the balcony and told her what happened last night.

"Woah, so your mom is cool with Chris?" She said.
"Yeah, I'm as shocked as you are." I said
"And you and Chris slept at your bed because it was already late." She clarified.
"Yep, but I didn't remember the part where I was sleeping next to him. I just woke up then I found myself already on my bed." I said.
"Oooohhhh maybe he carried you there or something." She said then smiled.
"Hmm maybe, and I felt really energized when I woke up earlier." I added.
"That's nice, you two must be meant to be!!" She exclaimed.
"Yeaaa, I hope so." I said.

We continued talking for a while then we heard something fall, like a pen or something.

"Hey did you hear that?" I asked
"Yeah, it wasn't you was it?" She said.
"Nope, must be someone, what time is it anyway?" I asked.
"Oh its almost time, we better head back." She said
"Okay, let's go." I said then we went back to class.

We studied, reviewed, recited, and everything. And finally, it was lunchtime.

Chris and I would meet up at the cafeteria as always. Today at the cafeteria seems strange, like more people are staring at us.

"Hey Chris did you notice that a lot of people are staring at us?" I whispered.
"Now that you mention it, yeah." He said.
"If it makes you uncomfortable, we can go somwhere else if you like." I said.
"Sure, lets go" He said then we went to our favorite spot in the school
"The balcony is always the best spot to be where no one can bug us." I said as I felt the sight of relief.

We were eating and chatting until Jake and Alice found us.

"Hey guys, there you are." Jake said hurriedly.
"Jake, Alice? What's wrong. You two look stressed" I asked.
"Haven't you heard? Everyone's talking about the two of you." Alice said
"What? About what?" Chris Said
"There's a video that came out online, and it showed Beatrice, saying that you and Chris slept together or something." Jake said.

Heyo guyss, omaygad a serious issue came up between our two lovebirds.
