Taiga's sending some weird woman to take care of me. She's supposedly highly dangerous, even Gabu doesn't like arguing with her!
That by the common man's definition means...I'm about to DIE!
All this cause I didn't report an owl!
I mean what's with an owl, huh?
I'm going to have to die because of it?
Either way, I'm going to die...if I run away they'll find me and kill me, and if I stay..
I was heading to the market, to receive my supplies. It didn't take too long, people do stare at me a lot owing to my Team ST headband, but that's the only way I can avoid the Idaten Battles. People don't like me, I didn't think an emblem changes so much. Normally people would be so kind to me, and while I had my headband, they were hasty as if they wanted me to leave as fast as possible.
I was dwelling in these thoughts when I saw Blaze Phoenix in my trailer. I couldn't even use it much, it was like a normal bicycle to me, maybe if someone with more potential had it, it would be better used.
All of this actually depressed me, it's been a while I've been in the X Zone but I haven't gotten the slightest bit better.
I decided to not eat, and mounted my MTB, staring into nowhere.
This is when a buzzing sound engulfed my ears, I realised it was an airship.
Airships around this part would be Team ST, so I decided to head towards the sound.
Sho and company had gone a little ahead and I was strictly instructed to meet this woman, right here. I assumed it's her and pedalled on towards the loud sound of the airship.
Hadn't gone too far when I saw it in the air, the airship came low, but about a few 10 metres off the ground, a rope shot out of it.
I was so surprised, I almost screamed when a girl, about my size jumped from the airship. A few inches off the ground she grabbed the rope and glided down. The rope almost gave away, I could see it wearing off bit by bit due to the friction with her gloves. She landed with quite an impact, dust blew into my face thanks to that. A jump like that could kill a trained jumper, and here this girl was with one hand grabbing the rope and the other placed on the ground, her legs acting as a cushion to such a huge shock.
I couldn't believe she stood up the very next moment, my legs would come off after a stunt like that. However, her standing up helped my initial worry, she was about my age, guessing by the height.
I couldn't see her face though, she was wearing a helmet, so I don't know if she's a dwarf.
Her hands motioned bme to back off, the airship landed on the spot where she left almost a crater. This woman is dangerous like reallyyyyyyyyyyyy bad for my survival. She walked into the airship and brought her bike down, climbing down the ramp again. Then she walked up to me and said, "I'll see you in town then, considering I need normal clothes and stuff, so I'll find your trailer."
And with that she went away.
The trailer left.
I stood gawking.
That's basically how I stood for quite a while. Then I went towards the crater...and tried imitating her...it was embarrassing but I wanted to know how she did it.
Then with my head lowered because I wasn't capable of doing it , I rode back to the trailer. I ate, I waited, I cleaned the bike although it was almost shining anyway. Then I washed the tires, re-listed remaining parts, checked my camera, chose the best pictures, sent it to HQ with the portable laptop I was given.
And I waited and I waited.
The sun went all the way up then all the way down. Afternoon, dusk and now the sky turned darker, alerting me of the approaching evening.
I gotta say "Getting stuff" takes a while for her. I tried looking up some of the training manuals in the database of the laptop, however I failed. Everything I could do was something that might have some kind of unforeseen outcome and I die...or maybe injure myself. Injuring myself would mean I would lose Sho and the others. Which means, my mystery companion will have to return. I didn't see any such promising aspects of that happening, so I went back inside the trailer to do some more reading.
Historically, X Zone has a ruler of some kind, but this person has  been lost for a few years.
Let's face facts, I was getting bored. Usually I'd stare at Makoto's cooking and scolding, Sho's daydreaming and Kakeru's inspections, today I didn't have that. Awe fully boring day!
I jinxed myself with that I guess, because a few other older punks came along that time. The headband works it's charm but these guys looked drunk and I knew I was going to be in trouble. So, they came towards me and said "I wanna race you , kid!"
I had no other choice, so I pulled myself up, gathered the courage and
" I CANNOT PEDAL! Please let me go!!!"
Begging is bad I know, but I feels worse when I'm lying!!!!
But I had to, I guess. I didn't intend on dying. Assuming  these people would leave, I pulled the best pity face I could.
I'll explain to you why I did that,
Punks= Bad, trouble!
Drunk = Reverse personality
Therefore, Drunks*Punks= Oddly enough good, kind people.

Yeah well, people are wrong sometimes. Cause these drunks replied, "Oh then we'll take the stuff for free!"
Now, I was in a pinch. I can't ask them to race me now, they'll just laugh and continue and I definitely can't forcibly stop them from robbing me!
I thought I'd try to bring get on Blaze Phoenix to say something cool like , " I can't pedal, but I'm sure I can beat you!"
But I didn't know how good this guy was and I couldn't tell if I'd win.  Hence I gave up, my brain didn't have any other suggestions so that's what I did, I challenged them.
"That's DUMB!" Is what Taiga, Makoto, Kakeru and Kyoichi would say.
"That's cool" is what Sho would say and
"Happy Dying" is what Lord Gabu would say!!!!!
And I say, "Yes, yes, I'll see you guys on the afterlife"
"Tag with me!" Is what the girl said as she came running back with no change in attire.
This was my companion!!!!
I'm saved, I don't need to die!
She didn't change a thing, what was she doing all this while anyway?!!! Neither did she have any supplies or stuff, but I could see a shining entity near the forest.
She easily taunted the drunks to race her instead, and I could see why she was so confident.
Her stance and everything was so perfect although it was MY bike she was going to race with.
The race war short, towards the end of it she jumped on the drunk guy's head and won. Easy work for her. Later I realised I too could've won that.
So here came my partner towards me with an emblem in her right hand which she kept playing with. I was yet to see her face, but she did save my life!

Sorry I'm late I got lost in the path of life!
I'll try to keep a regular streak but don't hold me to it!
