Makoto...
"I told you, we aren't criminals, so stop treating us like one!" I couldn't help but complain. After we were caught in that net, we were literally gassed unconscious and brought to the police station, which was a heavily guarded place. The officer, showed us a folder thicker than an MTB tyre, saying that that was his evidence and the man who looked his senior, simply drank tea with a poker-face expression. He treated us like animals and didn't bother to hear even a word, HOW IGNORANT!
"If you are innocent then prove it" stated the Captain, though he was well aware we had no evidence. But, after the Captain finished his sentence he stared at Sho, while me and Kakeru continued complaining. When I noticed, what an ignorant, stupid, arrogant, lazy, pathetic and useless, my old friend was. Kakeru stepped back as he saw the fire in my eyes, which was good for him.
"Sho" I said gently as I poked him gently.
"Give me a break, mom!" he answered, without realising he was in a fatal situation.
"Right, sure" I replied in the same manner.
"Thanks!" he replied as he dozed off again.
I turned around and signalled with my hand to everybody to step back, the Captain was going to say something, but Kakeru pushed him back. I put on a evil smirk and then
"GET UP, YOU PATHETIC FOOL!"
The sound energy of my voice, knocked Sho off the chair. He woke up and immediately knelt and said " Forgive me, oh great Makoto. A fool like me does not deserve mercy, but reconsider and forgive my stupidity !"
'Sho's English improves massively when he apologises to, Great Makoto! She should help him on the day of our English exam' thought Kakeru.
" You pathetic fool, and I quote, how can you sleep during a questioning?" asked the Captain.
On the other hand...
"I am a witness, I saw what really happened. Just allow me to speak to the Captain" requested, our very own, mysterious rider.
"Sorry sir, but the Captain is questioning those very kids. He's busy, we'll contact you when he's free" said the officer.
' Which means never, they don't have my number and I don't have a phone. How, exactly, do they plan to contact me' thought the masked rider.
As our mystery man stepped out, he said, "This will be tough" observing the heavy guard in the building. What he was thinking was completely crazy.
"Tough is my middle name!" stated the gang leader, who was standing behind the rider.
Back to Great Makoto...
"How could you possibly fall asleep, while we were being questioned?" I asked my friend.
"No offence, Makoto, but shouldn't we be worried that we are in a place with 2 moons?" asked Kakeru.
'If he wasn't right, I would have blown his nose away for interrupting' this was the first thought that popped up. "Plus, why did our friend there call this face 'The X-Zone'?"
"Hmmm..." said Sho, he was clearly thinking. I know something about Sho when in trouble, you can count on him, even if he is useless most of the time.
He was so silent, I guess he really was onto something. Then a flicker of doubt entered my mind, "Sho, wakee wakee" I said in my gentle tone.
"Huh? What?"
"I can't belive you dozed off again." I said as I kicked his face and he dropped on the ground, with my leg still on his face.
"Of course, I figured it out." He said.
When a sense of guilt took over me, poor Sho, he really was thinking, I am such an idiot. I waited for him to say something when, "This" he said
"This?" me and Kakeru both asked.
"This is" Sho said.
"Go on" we said.
As we expected a grand answer he said "This is a dream."
I lost it. I kicked him again, and a white thing came out of Sho's body, which was, most likely his soul, but I grabbed it and put it in again.
"If that's what it is, I want it to end soon" said Kakeru, his expression was so sad, it would seem the sky was falling. Just as I was about to console my clever friend by removing my foot off my stupid friend, there was a noise.
