"There must be something wrong with my eyes because I can't keep them off you."

Namjoon groaned as Taehyung's voice came floating over from the opposite cubicle. He was standing in his chair, leaning his upper body over the small, dividing wall that separated the two of them. In Namjoon's opinion, it couldn't separate them enough. His morning had been a complete mess and the one thing he hadn't taken into account that he should have was Taehyung's incessant flirting.

"I'm busy, Taehyung, go away." Namjoon didn't even look up from his computer as he continued entering data on a Excel spreadsheet.

This had been going on for an entire week now. Taehyung always made it his business to, at least once a day, harass poor Namjoon with his terrible pick up lines. At first, Namjoon had almost been flattered, however surprised, but now it was getting annoying. he could only hope that the younger would eventually calm down. Namjoon assumed it must be because he was new. he had been in a few places where the older workers messed with the newer ones. There was no reason for it except to have something to do and someone to bother. They had stopped after about a month. But could Namjoon survive a month of this?

"Joonie?" Taehyung sang as he started to pick at his nails.

Joonie?

"What did you just call me?" Namjoon paused in his typing, spinning his chair around to face Taehyung. The younger was beyond ecstatic - he had finally gotten Namjoon's attention fully on him.

"Yeah - Namjoon, Joonie, Joon." He grinned, "You needed a nickname."

Namjoon frowned. he didn't hate the nickname but he didn't want Taehyung to be calling him by such a name. They were in a professional work setting. The younger needed to be respectful.

"Don't call me that at work."

"Oh, so I can call you Joonie outside of work?" Taehyung's eyes lit up with excitement. Was he getting somewhere?

"No!" Namjoon all but yelled, slamming his fingers down harshly on his keyboard as he returned to typing. Couldn't Taehyung find someone else to bother?

Taehyung looked a bit taken aback. He was a handsome man - he knew that. Usually he had people falling over him or wanting his attention. But then here was Namjoon: angrily typing, trying his best to ignore Taehyung as he face turned a bright shade of red.

"There's no need to get so upset, Joonie."

"Don't call me that." Namjoon bit out, teeth grinding against each other. He wasn't in the mood for Taehyung today.

"Fine," Taehyung shifted his weight a little as the cubicle divider was digging into his stomach, "I won't call you that at work." he paused before muttering, "Outside of work, I make no promises."

Namjoon stopped his typing once more. His head hanging and shoulders slumping in some kind of sad defeat, "Will you ever stop?"

"Only when you go out on a date with me." Taehyung hummed, a small smile dancing on his lips.

"God - so you'll never stop?"
