When Namjoon walked back to his desk, Taehyung was already there in Namjoon's chair. He was spinning around in circles, giggling to himself as he tried to see how fast he could go. All Namjoon could think was how childish and weird it was of him.

He was angry. he was angry with his boss for making him stay for work and he was angry at Taehyung for simply being Taehyung. He was supposed to be having dinner with Jin but instead, he was with the biggest flirt he'd ever met doing paperwork instead.

"Come on Taehyung, I want to get this done." Namjoon pulled his phone out, looking through his contacts for Jin's number.

Taehyung looked up at Namjoon, seeing him for the first time as he stopped spinning. He stayed still for a few moments, clearly dizzy but soon stood and retrieved his own paperwork from beside Namjoon's computer.

He smirked, "Wanna make out while we're here alone?"

"Shut up, Taehyung." Namjoon rolled his eyes, tapping on Jin's name and getting ready to make the call he sincerely didn't want to make.

"Hershey's makes millions of kisses a day...all I'm asking for is one from you." The younger man pouted innocently from his seat across from Namjoon. He looked back to the papers in his lap. There was a decent pile and it all had to be filled out and put away before tomorrow - that was not including the stack of Namjoon's papers also on his desk.

"Not today," Taehyung," Namjoon growled, "I'll be with you in a minute. I have to make a call." before the younger could further protest, Namjoon stepped away, tapping the Call icon. He sighed, pinching his eyes shut as he heard the ring of Jin's phone. A few short seconds later a happy voice answered.

"Hey Namjoon!"

"Jin hyung," he couldn't find it within himself to be happy or even sound enthusiastic.

"Is... is something wrong, Namjoon?" Jin's voice sounded slightly garbled over the phone but Namjoon still heard the concern.

"Yeah, hyung. I have to cancel our date...."

"Why?" Jin sounded surprised and almost hurt. Namjoon didn't blame him. He would feel the same if someone cancelled on him.

"Our boss told me I have to stay late tonight because there's extra work to be done." he didn't even try to keep the disappointment out of his voice, "I'm so sorry, hyung. I was looking forward to this all week."

He heard a pause in the line before Jin's voice came back into his ear, "Its ok, Namjoon. Do you want me to come up there with you and help out?"

Namjoon's heart filled with warmth. It was so kind of the other to even offer, "I couldn't ask you to help out but any company other than just Taehyung is indeed welcomed."

There was another pause, "Tae is with you?"

"Yeah, the boss said he'd be helping me tonight." He knew Jin couldn't see him but he still furrowed his brow in slight confusion.

"I'll be there in a few minutes, ok?" Jin's Voice held a bit more urgency - not as if there was any kind of emergency but his tone still made Namjoon worry a bit.

"Ok, hyung, I'll see you soon." he hung up, thoroughly confused but deciding he had to get back to work.
