Ginny told me off about Blaise. It wasn't that she didn't like him but because she thought I was with him for all the wrong reasons. I let Blaise hold my hand in the corridors and I saw a flash of anger in Cedric's eyes. Perfect.

"Of all the guys in this school you had to choose a Slytherin. Not a very friendly one too." said Fred gloomily to me.

"I'm sorry he doesn't meet up to your standards!" I snapped.

"No. I didn't mean-" he started

"Save it." I said walking away.

Harry was waiting for me at the common room.

"What are you doing with Zabini?" he asked.

"None of your business." I said shortly

"Miley don't do this. He's not a good guy for you, I mean look at his friends! Malfoy and-" Harry said.

"They are also my friends too you know." I stated

"Just listen. I'm worried about you. All these crazy moods you get and now him?"

"Here is an idea, why don't you worry about taking Cedric's advice and working on that egg?" I said to him.

I was working hard in my lessons with Professor Trelawney and I was now perfect at crystal gazing, palmistry and general predictions. However my mood swings were getting way worse, it was scary. True to his word, Blaise stuck with me and helped me all he could but honestly, it was no good. I was also doing the best I could to avoid Cedric. I often hung out with Blaise and his friends.

"What's with you and Blaise?" asked Draco

"He is your friend, isn't he? Why don't you ask him?" I said.

"You are my cousin Black. Aren't I supposed to look after you or something?" he asked.

"No. You are not." I said in disgust

"I wouldn't have thought that he was your type. Aren't you into good guys who think they are some kind of heroes? Like Potter?" he sneered.

"If you are insinuating that Blaise is not good enough for me save your breath. Just for the record I don't like Parkinson either. So we are even." I stated.

"Hey guys." said Blaise arriving. Draco nodded darkly and left.

"What's his problem?" asked Blaise.

"Family feud." I grinned.

"Okay. So what are you doing this Saturday?" he asked

"I wanted to go talk to Moody about something. Why?" I said.

"Will you come to Hogsmeade with me and then visit him?" he asked with so much hope that I couldn't refuse. So it was settled. Blaise and I were going together to Hogsmeade.

On Saturday morning I wrote a letter to Sirius.

Dear Daddy.

How are you doing? I hope everything is fine wherever you are.

I really wish you were here because I have never needed you so much. So tell me, did Rhine get any weird mood swings as a result of her powers? If so can you please tell me how she overcame them because it is honestly weighing me down. There is so much I need to tell you too, I wish we could talk face to face.

I really miss you dad.

Take care

Miley.

I folded and addressed my letter.

"What are you doing?" asked a voice. It was Blaise.

"Writing a letter to my uncle. Just that. To uncle Remus only, no one else." I said but he knew me well enough to tell that I was lying. He snatched it from me.

"You are in contact with Sirius Black?" he asked.

"Don't judge me. He's my father." I snatched back the letter.

"I'm not judging you. Hell I'm the last person to judge anyone's parents considering my mother-. I just don't want you to get hurt." he said calmly holding out his hands to touch my shoulders. My breath hitched. Why did Blaise have to be so sweet and caring right now? It made me feel guiltier.

Our date in Hogsmeade was perfect. We went to the Hog's Head where we talked and laughed at the weird clothing the customers had on. Okay so it wasn't totally romantic but it was peaceful and we had fun. I then took him to Zonko's Joke Shop and made him buy me some glue that was in a bottle of hair gel so we could prank Draco with it.

Finally he took me to Honeydukes. He bought me whatever I wanted. Sweets that I had never tasted before and chocolates. I was a sucker for them. I had brought my camera so we took loads of pictures. It was a perfect day.

He even kissed me. Sure it didn't have the same fire like Cedric had but it was beautiful, something about it felt real. I had butterflies and all that and I blushed and giggled a lot. I loved being a girl.

My happiness evaporated only to be replaced by annoyance when I realised I wouldn't get to see Moody. As we hurried back, I ran smack into Rita Skeeter as she was saying, "Stupid Muggle-born girl. Why is she always with Harry Potter? Do you think they are actually dating Bozo?"

Was she talking about Hermione? I felt the queasy feeling of a mood swing coming up. As if it wasn't me talking, I said. "Don't you have a life? Because you seem more concerned about Harry than necessary."

"Camilla!" Blaise said quietly.

Rita smiled. "Camilla Black! We haven't been introduced but I have heard a lot about you." she said.

"Do tell." I sneered.

"But no. I hear you and Harry are very close. Are you jealous of him and Hermione Granger?" she said her quill dancing on paper.

"Jeez woman. Get a freaking life. Maybe then you'll become interesting." I snapped. Blaise led me away.

"She'll come after you next like she did that Hagrid." he said.

"I don't care." I said still shaking as we reached the castle.
