Clarke's point of view

I felt myself beginning to drift off as his warmth surrounded me. I shook myself awake.
"I can't fall asleep out here, Bell," The nickname that used to Octavia call him slipped out, but I was too tired to care. I pulled away just enough to sit up, placing my hand on his once again. "We need to get back to camp. Madi and I managed to find a few sleeping bags a while back. A few people can sleep outside, a few can sleep in the rover."
I looked up at the sky, admiring the constellations. "I'd imagine you want to spend your first night back on Earth underneath the stars."

I nod and look up to the stars, what we once been a part of. "Yeah..."
I stand up and stretch, my arms cracking just loud enough for me to hear. Clarke stands up to, a small yawn escaping her mouth. "I still can't believe your here... in front of me," I smile as I take a step closer to her. I trail my fingers down her arm to her hand where I stopped. I looked down as our fingers intwine.

I tangled my fingers with Bellamy's, feeling how small my hand was compared to his. His words made my heart swell, and I caressed my thumb over his knuckles, wrapping my spare arm around his waist in a hug as I buried my head into the crook of his neck. I pressed my lips into the bare skin at the base of his neck, murmuring, "I always will be. I'm never leaving you again."
I pulled away after a few beats, tightening my grip on his hand as I began to walk back up the hill, "Now let's go get some sleep. We have a busy day tomorrow."

I smile as Clarke drags me up the hill. As tired as I am I didn't want to go to sleep quite yet. Once we get up the hill I notice it is pretty late. Everyone is in there sleeping bags, dreaming of what the next day would bring. Clarke lets go and tip toes to the rover to check on Madi. She must have been asleep because clarke came back out with a smile on her face.
"You better get some sleep," I whisper.
