Clarke's point of view

I felt myself beginning to wake up, slowly becoming aware of the feeling of the hard ground underneath me.
I could feel the cold air of the early morning on my face. I figured it was still dark out, and my body nagged at me to let it sleep longer. But a memory called out to me, telling me that I had to get up.
What was it?
I was slightly aware of something heavy resting on my waist, a solid wall of inviting heat positioned in front of me. Deciding to figure it out later, I snuggled as close as I possibly could into the heat wall.
Suddenly, the wall mumbled something, the weight that had been on my waist now wrapping itself tighter around me and I felt an object that seemed suspiciously like a hand coming to rest between my shoulder blades. The wall stilled again.
Alarmed and confused, I slammed my eyes open. I was greeted by the soft fabric of a shirt. I pulled back a little, my eyes travelling up to the face.
All at once, I remembered the events of yesterday.
Bellamy's brows furrowed every now and then as I watched his face, his lips twitching as if he were speaking in the dream he was having.
I raised my hand to run my fingers idly through his dark hair, affection blooming in my chest as his face softened. He leaned into the touch, pouting like a child when I paused. Laughing softly, I continued, his expression lightening as he got his way.

I opened my eyes to the small figure in front of me. I looked into her beautiful blue eyes staring back at me. I smile and lay me head back down on my arm, enjoying the soft feeling of her fingers through my hair. A cold wind sneaks its way through the trees and I pull her even closer for warmth. I look down at her. She has her eyes closed once more and has the biggest smile on her face. I lean in and kiss her forehead softly, leaving a slight blush on her cheeks.

I was certain that he could see the results of his kiss written all over my cheeks, and I buried my face into his solid chest.
I loved the way that he still could make me flustered, even after all these years.
I had been able to admit to myself only a few years ago that I was in love with him. I could hear it in my voice when I was telling Madi stories about Bellamy, I could feel it in the way that I thought about him every day, always worrying if he was okay and hoping that he was happy.
"I could get used to this," I murmured.
As much as I wanted to stay in this moment with the man that I loved, I knew I had lots of things to do before the others woke up.
Now, to get untangled from Bellamy.

I look around at the group as I stand up quietly. Thankfully they are still all asleep... it would be quite embarrassing for them waking up to see me and clarke in a tangled mess in the sleeping bag. As I look around at everyone I notice someone is missing. Echo. I tap Clarke's shoulder as confusion fills my mind. "Where's echo?"
Clarke turns and looks at the empty sleeping bag on the group, left open.
"Where would she have gone?"
I shake my head, "I don't know... I'll go look for her."
Clarke nods and head to the rover to wake Madi.
I watch her open the door to the back, looking back around her shoulder flashing me a smile before disappearing into the rover. I shake my head with a goofy grin plastered on my face, turning toward the trees. As I walk through the forest I am swallowed by the shadows.
I call out, cupping my hands around my mouth, "Echo?"
A small figure falls from the trees, landing on their knees. Then the figures stands up walking toward me. I step closer seeing that the figure is Echo.
"What do you want?"
I look into her eyes, sensing anger.
"Is everything okay?"
Echo looks down at her feet then back up at me with a straight face. "Everything's fine."
She turns around and heads back to the tree she fell outta.
"Hey," I say grabbing her hand.
She looks back at me and then back down to our hands.
"Echo I know something is bothering you... what is it?"
Echo takes a deep breath coming closer. She places a hand on my shoulder, keeping the other hand interlocked with mine. She leans in closer, our noses touching and I can feel her breath on mine. Soon as echo leans in closer I turn my head away. I hear a small voice coming from Clarke, "Bellamy!"
I look back to echo and shake my head looking at my feet.
I look up and wave for her to follow.
"We better get going."
