Erza jumped out of bed, grabbed her katana, and ran out of her room, still wearing her night gown.

One by one, the doors of the rooms along the hallway slammed open and as their occupants saw Erza run through it barefoot with her katana in hand, the rest of the group quickly grabbed their weapons and tried to catch up with her, though most resorted to flight to catch up to her abnormally fast speed.

"What's going on?!" shouted Vortex from behind her.

"Bella!" she replied as she slammed open the doors leading outside the palace.

She suddenly stopped and looked at a vast forest behind the palace. Then, she heard another howl coming from it and continued to run towards the sound. After about thirty minutes, even the people flying were tired from going top speed for such a long period of time, but Erza kept going, determined to find the source of the howl.

"Bella!" she screamed. The sound of her voice echoed in the forest around her, but no reply.

Sans stumbled towards Erza, panting.

"What... what're we looking for again?" asked Sans as she used Erza's shoulder to hold herself up.

Suddenly, Erza heard the loudest howl by far. It knocked her to the floor and wind blew from the source. Erza quickly stood up and squeezed her way through a thick wall of trees. No one else could hear the howls, but they certainly felt the wind and followed Erza through the trees. Their eyes widened as they saw what was beyond them. There was a small, circular expanse surrounded by the wall of trees. Mushrooms swirled in a large spiral, but most amazing of all were three stone portals with unrecognizable symbols carved into them. They seemed to give off a bluish glow, though they were not activated. The second Erza stepped into the mushroom circle, the forest quiteted. She approached the portal, drawn to it like a moth to a light. She slowly stumbled towards it, her legs finally realizing the amount of running they did. Just as she was about to touch it, a figure cloaked in black dropped from the trees and stood in a fighting position, a pink crystal whip in each hand. Erza immediately jumped back and got into her own fighting position, with everyone behind her. Suddenly, the figure put down their whips and tilted their head.

"Erza?" asked a familiar voice from under the cloak.

"Wah..." stuttered Erza in confusion. The figure took a long look at her and put back their hood.

"Tsuki?" asked Isa as the group saw that under the hood was, indeed, Tsuki.

"How- How did you find me?" he stuttered.

"I followed the sound of Bella's howling-" mumbled Erza.

"Bella? I never heard Bella," stated Sans. Erza turned and looked at her, confused.

"Who's Bella?" asked Tsuki.

"Oh, it's her wolf companion from another dimension," replied Vortex calmly.

"Wait, another dimension, how'd you get her?" asked Tsuki as he leaned in closer to Erza.

"Oh...uh, with this." Erza lifted her bangs to reveal her goop covered eye. Tsuki gasped and practically fell backwards. He covered his mouth and tears began pouring out of his eyes.

"You- you have it," he muttered between tears. "After all these years."

"What- what do I have?" asked Erza.

"Summoners magic." He whispered so quietly they could barely make out what he was saying.

"But, we've already met a person with summoning magic, I didn't think they were too rare," spoke Erza.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, I must look so silly right now, let- let me explain." He wiped tears and snot off his face. "A long time ago, when you had been taken to the other dimension, our mother was- was.... she passed away. My father- our father was devastated that he had lost both his wife and only daughter, but he had a plan. You see, the demon king had not been the only one with a portal, the portal he built was practically a rough draft. My father made the real ones, before the war they both worked together as men of science to create them. So, one night, he packed up food, water, and other supplies and ventured off into the portals, to find an alternate dimension where my mother was still alive and find the dimension you three were sent to. He- he had promised he'd come back.... but it's been more years than I can count, and he still hasn't. I thought he must've been in trouble, so I invited every summoner I knew to try and open the portal with their dimensional excess, but... no luck. But... but now you're here, you're his family, his blood, it has to work!" More tears of hope streamed down his already tear-streaked face.

"Dimensional excess..."
she said and brushed her fingers against the goo dripping down her cheek.

"Yeah, just smear some of it right on a portal and it'll activate!" he rejoiced, his eyes glimmering in the dark of night. Erza looked at him and looked back at her friends. They all had a mixed look of awe and curiosity. Erza looked at the three portals in wonder. Portals had started this whole, huge, confusing, and incredible journey, but she didn't know if she could trust them.

Finally, she stepped towards the portal to the point where she was so close that the stone was practically touching the tip of her nose. She ran her hand across the smooth stone and traced her fingers across the patterns engraved in the stone. All this time there had been so much mystery surrounding her, her family, and if she activated this portal, she might just be able to answer some. She was nervous, now that she had the choice to activate this portal, but something pushed her to do it.

Bella's howls were coming from in there, and she intended to follow them straight back to her. She pushed back her bangs and dipped her fingers in the dimensional excess dripping from her eye. She closed her eyes and smeared it on the portal quickly, like ripping off a bandaid. She opened her eyes and saw the galaxy patterned goo on the portal. Nothing happened. She turned around and saw Tsukis face of hope slowly dim.

"Oh," he whispered. He walked up to the portal and looked up at it. He stuck his head through the hole in the middle hoping something would happen, but nothing did. The wind began to pick up. He walked over to the smeared goop and raised his fingers to touch it, but hesitated.

"Tsuki-" started Erza.

"DAMMIT!" he screamed and slammed his fist on the portal. At that moment a gust of wind blew them all to the ground. The symbols on the portal one by one lit up blue. Tsuki had a wide grin on his face. Erza tried to stand up but the wind was too strong. Once all of the symbols lit up, the wind stopped. Everyone jumped to their feet, not sure what would happen next. The portal went back to normal, but Tsuki still had a smile on his face.

"Tsuki!" called a voice from the woods. Suddenly, Tsuki looked mortified as he turned around to face the mystery voice.

"Brooke?" he asked and at that moment, Brooke ran out of the woods and into the circle. "BROOKE NO!" cried Tsuki and at that moment a bright blue light shined behind them.

The wind picked up again, but this time it was pulling them into the portal. One by one they all tumbled into the portal and watched as the world around them slipped out of sight.

In the portal, Sans, Isa, and Erza thought they knew what to expect, but they were dead wrong. As they whizzed by they saw windows into alternate universes and dimensions next to them. They saw swapped versions of themselves, edgy versions of themselves, high school versions of themselves, oh hi there me, and at the end of it all was a portal bigger than the rest.

"That's the one!" cried Tsuki. Just as they were about to reach the portal, a gust of wind from a universe where they were all dogs blew them into a nearby portal- a different portal.

"NO!" cried Tsuki as they tumbled through this other portal. They landed in a heap on the floor of a forest. Sans looked up and surveyed the area. She saw the Blossom Forest and Millie's house, except all the flowers had wilted and the house had several metal plates installed to cover up the fallen off rotten wood.

"Wah..." started Sans when suddenly she heard steps behind her. As she turned her head to look, she was swiftly hit over the head with a metal pipe. "Ow!" she cried.

"Hard-headed.," muttered the attacker as they spritzed Sans with some sort of anesthetic, causing Sans to collapse once again.
