Everyone woke up early that morning to prepare to head out again. They hiked towards the village for a while, and spent the time talking, telling stories from back on earth, and imagining what they would do in this world. After about five hours of hiking, Erza stopped them.

"What happened?" Asked Isa, stroking her little tree monster.

"Yeah, what's the hold up?!" Added Sans, who was still riding them.

"The village should've been here." She said. "Well let's get off and look." Said Sans standing up and stretching her legs. They all obliged, for they needed to stretch out their legs. They walked around, admiring the forests natural beauty. Suddenly, Sans stopped in her tracks.

"What's wrong?" Asked Isa.

"I feel like we're not alone." She said, looking around.

"You to? I smelled something funny, but I ignored it." Said Erza. They all looked concerned now now. Suddenly, Sans looked up and saw a pair of violet eyes, that then disappeared into the trees.

"FOLLOW IT." Shouted Sans. While Erza and Isa ran, Sans flew into the trees, hot on the pursuit, her wings rapidly moving. Even Bella and the tree monsters followed. They saw huge trees in the distance, like Milly's house, except there were tons of them. They all stopped in their tracks, except Sans. Who charged at the thing in the trees and caught it.

"Hey let me go!" Screamed a voice in the trees. Sans swooped down and held their catch by its shirt. It was a halfling with dark brown dog ears and tail. She looked about 9 years old. She was tall for her age, had tan skin, short, dark brown hair, and piercing, violet eyes. She wore a plain blue shirt with jeans and no shoes. She was squirming to get out.

"Sans, let her go!" Said Isa.

"No, we have to know why she was spying on us." Said Erza, looking at the halfling in the eyes. She pouted, but talked.

"I wasn't spying on you, I just wanted to see what you were doing,..... Without you knowing. No one new ever comes to the village." She said, looking .

"Oh.... Now I feel bad I'm sorry." Said Sans, placing her on the ground and patting her head. "Oh, I didn't tell you my name." She said, holding out her hand.

"It's Agnes." She said, as Sans shook her hand a bit to hard. Agnes looked at her hand in awe. " How'd you catch me?" She asked, looking at Sans.

"I flew." Said Sans, showing her wings. Agnes "oohed" at the sight of them and noticed her horns and tail. She thought it was amazing.

"So that's the village." Erza asked Agnes.

"Yeah, my sister lives there." She responded.

"Cool." Said Sans, and Agnes immediately turned to her, looking nervous.

"Wah's wrong." Asked Sans.

"Well, erm, I was wondering if, um, I could, er....... Have-a piggy-back-ride-cause-your-horns-are-really-cool." She said extremely fast.

"Um, sure." Replied Sans. Picking up Agnes and putting her on her shoulders with ease and heading to town. "Ha, I have a fa-an." Said Sans in a sing-song voice, while Erza and Isa just looked happy to get to the town. They saw it was made of huge trees for buildings, and stumps that held small shops and homes. Halflings were everywhere and of all varieties, like cats, dogs, birds, and even deer. As they walked through, they noticed that when people saw them and Agnes on Sans' shoulder, they would look horrified. Most rushed into nearby buildings, some would go and warn people ahead.

By the time they finished touring the town, it was deserted. All of them, even Agnes looked confused. Eventually, their stomachs were growling, so they decided to stop to eat using some of the money Milly gave them. They walked into a small tavern, filled with chatter and laughter, until they, or, Sans, walked in. Then, it was filled with dead silence.

The room stared at them, their jaws dropped. They looked confused, but then an elderly-looking halfling stomped towards them. He was, er, round, and had bear ears and tail with a thick brown mustache, a balding head, and a uniform.

"I don't know if you got the message, but we don't want the likes of YOU here, now shoo!" He screamed at them.

"Whaaat, but Mr.Kun, were huuuungry." Said Agnes from atop Sans' shoulders.

"Agnes! Are you KIDNAPPING HER!" Mr.Kun screeched, looking shocked.

"Uh, what NO!" Said Erza at such accusations to her friend. Sans placed Agnes gently on the ground and putting her arms up. Isa looked nervous.

"Mr. Kun, I asked her to ride!" Said Agnes to Mr.Kun.

"Hmph, I don't believe that for a second, now shoo, before I REPORT YOU, for KIDNAPPING THE MAYORS SISTER!" He screamed.

"WHAT!" They all shouted.

"I didn't know, Agnes why didn't you tell us!" Asked Sans looking confused. Agnes looked scared and confused.

"I-I thought you wouldn't hang out with me then." She said.

"OUUUUUUT!" He screamed. As they all stepped out, he stated.

"Oh no, not you to, HER!" He said pointing at Sans.

"What, why?" Isa asked, when suddenly two muscular halflings in armor with dog ears and tails stepped in.

"We'll take it from here." They stated, grabbing Sans.

"Sans, don't struggle you'll make it worse!" Screamed Isa to Sans. As much as Sans wanted to teleport away, she didn't.

"Why are you arresting her?" Asked Erza angrily.

"Isn't it obvious, she's a demon." They stated and left.

"Wait, no come back!" Said Agnes running after the guards, Isa and Erza ran after them to a tree bigger than any other. They burst end inside to see a terrified Sans, and a furious halfling.

OK so that's the end of chapter eleven, sorry I haven't updated in a while because despite the fact it's summer, I have to volunteer, and it's even worse than it sounds, but anyways I want to choose a name for the squad, preferably something that sounds natural when put in the crystal gems theme song. Just leave your suggestions in the comments and I'll announce when I found a good one. Thanks for reading, remember to leave a suggestion, enjoy!
