Chapter 28

Will couldn't bring himself to face Hannibal, not after what his father did. Will recovered from his injuries quickly because Hannibal took most of the beating. Will had already perfusly apologised to Dr and Mrs Lector who continually told him it wasn't his fault and the didn't stop Will from blaming himself. Hannibal was in a coma. The doctors where sure that once his body had healed itself enough that he would wake up.

While Hannibal was still in hospital, Will went back to school. He had missed the first two days of the new term and just zoned out in most of his classes. His form tutor, Miss Watson, pulled him aside when she noticed him zoned out  with tears in his eyes, a few escaping. "Will" She spoke in a calming  voice. "Will you tell me what has happened to cause you to be like this?" Will wasn't sure what to say. Oh yes miss. I  just wanted to let you know that my boyfriend took a beating from my father after he came to save me and now hes in a coma and its my fault. Will decided that it would be better to not talk and just give a smile and shake his head in reply. 

Miss Watson gave a small frown before flashing him a smile and walking away. He turned his attention to his catch up work and made sure to take notes for the classes Hannibal was in. After a long, drawn out day, Will returned to the hospital and walked to Hannibal's room but he didn't enter. He just lurked outside watching through the glass window. He noticed Hannibal's mum asleep at his bedside and smiled a little. Will knew Hannibal was going to be OK but he had to leave. He couldn't face him again and decided that he was going to live back at his old house. He decided to not wait till Hannibal had woken up and he spoke to Dr Lector, who reluctently agreed to help him moveout and go into his old home.
