Dean held Will tightly while he struggled to calm down, he thought these tablets where supposed to help him sleep not make him worse. He wanted desperately to make it all ok, but he knew all he could do was be there for him.

Will shook as he tried to comprehend what had happened from the snippets of dream he did remember but it wasn't working. He did figure that the tablets only made him sleep deeper and not actually help his nightmares, so he had already decided not to take them and speak to the Doctor about the later.

After a short while, Will told Dean that he would be ok and that he was just going to change the sheets and then go for a bath.

"You should go back to sleep, I'm just going to try to relax" Will gave a smile to try and reassure Dean, but he was still apprehensive to leave him alone. Finally, after will convincing him, he climbed into the new bedding and fell asleep pretty quickly. Will took the soiled sheets down to the washing machine and put them on a nice long cycle while he went for a bath.

He was still reeling from the dream but tried not to think about it as he turned on the hot water and added the bubble bath. It was labelled as a muscle relaxer and stress reliver but Will didn't believe that this soap blue liquid would do anything for him. Once the bath was at a reasonable temperature, Will slide into the tub, allowing the hot water to cover his body.

Will decided to think about how he would explain this to Dr Stephens without sounding to ungrateful for the help she had offered to him. 'could I say that the pills weren't working for me, no because then she would probably give me stronger tablets' he thought out loud, then just decided to tell the truth not matter how he looked. It would only be the two of them and she wasn't allowed to judge as his doctor.

Will closed his eyes and let himself sink below the water level, water soaking into his hair and making him scrunch his eyes further, all sound was drowned out beside the beat of his own heart and he lay in silence until he could no longer hold his breath and had to come up for air. Letting out a small gasp, he rubbed the excess water from his face and hair before picking up the book he had left in there for reading when he didn't have his phone. He opened the book and emerged himself within its pages, he wasn't sleeping again tonight.
