(Jonathan's P.O.V)
With a slight smile.
(5 years later)
I wake up to the smell of food...Bacon...Eggs...Sausages...I go through to the kitchen and see Evan cooking happily. I kiss him on the cheek and he looks at me with a smile. "Morning hon." He says. I smile and mess with his hair "Good morning Hoodini." He laughs and so does I. I sit on the counter and mumble "What would you say If I said I wanted to adopt...?" He gets out two plates and places the food equally on both plates "Sorry what did you say?" I take a deep breathe "What would you say...If I wanted to adopt...?"
(Evan's P.O.V)
"I...Ugh...I don't know..." I reply. He sighs "But...You keep saying that..." I sigh too "I'll...Think about it. Okay?" He nods with a slight smile. I put plates on the table and sit in front of one as Jonathan sits in front of the other. After eating the doorbell rings which I go and answer. "Hey, Ev!" I smile and move out of the doorway to let Ryan and Luke in. I then close the door behind them "Hey guys, how are you both?" I ask. Ryan nods "I'm fine thanks." Luke nods "I'm alright, thanks and hey." I nod "I'm assuming you guys want Jonathan?" They nod "We're going to the arcade if you want to join us?" Ryan asks. I shake my head "It's fine." Jonathan comes down "See yah Ev!" He pecks me on the lips then leaves with Luke and Ryan trailing behind him. I call up the rest of the gang...

I open the door after a few minutes when the doorbell rings again. Everyone else comes in and finds a hiding place in the front room, I turn the lights off and text Jonathan 'I need you! There's a fire!' Totally believable...Well he buys it so yeah it is believable...' I'm coming right away! Call the fire brigade!' I smile 'Already have. Just hurry.' I hide. We all hear the door open "Ev?" I hear Jonathan say. "Evan?" Ryan then repeats "Evan?" We all jump out with a laugh as Jonathan, Luke and Ryan all scream. I turn the lights on "Surprise..."
(Jonathan's P.O.V)
"Surprise...? For what...?" I ask. Evan looks at the ground "Our 3 year anniversary...? We married 3 years from now..." I sigh "I..." I laugh "Huh?" Ryan says "You forgot but you're laughing?" Luke says. I roll my eyes "How could I forget? I'm not stupid." I go to the closet and pull out a biggish present. I hand it to Evan. Evan looks at me "I'll...Open it later if that's okay...?" I nod slowly "S-sure." I watch him as he goes upstairs. "Is he okay...?" I ask. Tyler shrugs "Maybe you should go check?" I nod again and follow him up. I follow him into our room and I see a little girl on the bed, around the age of 5. "Huh...?" Evan smiles "Surprise." He hands me some papers. I look at them basically saying that we adopted this little cutie. "R-really?! But I thought...You didn't want kids...?" He rolls his eyes still smiling "I was lying so I could do this for you." I smile "Awe...T-thanks..." I watch the girl as she runs around laughing. I laugh slightly and pick her up "Can we take her downstairs and show her to everyone else?" He nods "Duh." He laughs. I smile and we both go back downstairs. Everyone comes and sees how cute she is and after about 3 hours of us all chatting and playing with Iris-- The name we chose for her-- Everyone finally leaves. I play with Iris some more while Evan cooks. I hear her giggle and it's fucking adorable! "I assume we can't swear in front of her then...?" I ask. Evan shakes his head "Nope." I nod "We could get a Babysitter at times as well if we need to." He nods "Yeah." I smile and blow a raspberry onto her small arm. I lay down and she lays next to me. I laugh and close my eyes slowly falling asleep.
(Evan's P.O.V)
I finish cooking then sit Iris in a little chair. I look at Jonathan and hold his plate over his nostrils. He looks at me with a laugh "That smells really good..." He says. I laugh "Why to thank you." I then hear Iris shout "Hot!" I put the plate on the table and help Iris drink some cold water to stop her throat from burning. I cut a bit of her meat and blow on it. I then feed it to her "Better?" She chews, nods and I smile. Jonathan sits down and then so do I. I finish eating and then when Iris finishes I sit her on the couch and put a movie on for her. Jonathan comes up to me and kisses me gently on the lips. "Ew! Cooties!" Iris shouts. I pull away from Jonathan with a laugh. I then rub the back of my neck. "Heh...Yeah...Maybe no kissing in front of Iris..." Jonathan states. And I just laugh. I can tell that this is the beginning of something...Beautiful.
