Luke kissed me. I laid back on the door a big smile plastered on my face, he kissed me and I kissed back. His kiss was perfect he was perfect. Right now was perfect.
"Someone got kissed" my dad wiggled his eyebrows and I hid my face like a little kid." stop dad." I laughed he smiled then brought me into a hug, "you're not staying out there with that boy again" he whispered before kissing my forehead.
I got into bed and cuddled up against my pillow. "Caitlin" I hear someone whisper but I ignore it, there were rocks being thrown at my window.
"Caitlin" I hear someone whisper/yell I get out of bed and look down to see luke, "what," I asked and he smirked, "does this mean we're dating?" He asked and I looked at the floor.
"I just, I'm not ready luke. I'm not good with relationships and I don't want to lose you." I smile at the end and he looks down "yeah that's fine I get it." He smiles weakly before walking off.
Did I just ruin my chance with luke? I look at the wall and feel my eyes prickle up with tears. I ruin my chances with luke.
I lost luke.
That exact night, I cried myself to sleep.
