Caitlin pov

The floor was freezing, it was so cold I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I pulled my hand down to my stomach and it dropped to the floor. There was something there, it was wet, I open my eyes. Seeing blood. I freaked out I couldn't even move.

I think I'm in shock, I quickly called Nicky no answer. Caroline no answer. I called 911 "hello what's your-"

"I'm bleeding please help me, I'm bleeding and I'm pregnant!" I cry.

"They're on your way, I want you to stay calm okay. I want you to breathe, lay flat on your back." I did what was told, "where's your address sweetie?" I told her the college and she kept promising me I was going to be okay. That the kids would be okay and I slowly fell Into shock closing my eyes. The last thing I saw was being picked up on a stretcher and Nicky with Caroline crying.

NICKY POV

I hopped in the ambulance car, I told Caroline she can come with the car but tell the professors we need to skip for an emergency. I was quickly bombarded with questions.

"Why was she on the floor of the bathroom?"

"She must have fallen, asleep sir."

"Where were you when this happened?"

"I was in school, now can you please help my friend instead of accusing me!" I shout and he nodded finally he shut up.

Once they got her in the hospital and into a room, I called luke. He gave me his number for emergency.

LUKE POV

Why wasn't she answering? I know she hasn't been in school because they told me she didn't show up. I called and called but no answer, something was definitely wrong I can sense it.

I could feel it, my heart hurts. It feels like I have been shot or something. My phone started ringing with Nicky as the caller ID. She should be in class.

I quickly answer "hel-"

"Caitlin is in the hospital, something happened there was blood on the floor and on her nightgown she wears I think something happened to the babies" She cried, wait what babies? She said, babies.

"Babies?"

"Yeah, you're having twins." She laughs and I smile, I could imagine two boys or two girls running around screaming she did it, no he did it. Most of all a boy and a girl, they both have a good grip on each others hair.

"Luke?" I hear Nicky say and I am pulled back to reality.

"What hospital? I'm coming we don't have a show." I say and she quickly tells me everything and before I knew it, I'm on a plane back to New York.
