-Chapter Sixty four-

The doctors came in asking Nicky to go in the waiting room, she looked at Caitlin she squeezed her hand and nodded. As Nicky walked out she spotted luke in the waiting chair, hands cupping in his face.

She sat down by him, he felt her presence so he wiped his tear, looking in her eyes, "I'm not leaving, I flew here to see her and I won't leave without seeing her. And after that whole fiasco, I need to tell her what really happened, I know what she must think but it's not true. Lou has a kid and a husband she's like forty." He cries and Nicky rubs his back.

"She doesn't want to see you luke, and I know you don't want to hear it but it's true, fly back home. She's better off without you." She tells him and he shakes his head "no, I won't give up that easy. You called and I'm here, I'm staying." He tells her and she gulps.

Back in the room, Caitlin sits up straight the doctor pulls over a chair "miss your children are fine," he smiles and she lets out a breath she didn't know she was holding in. She was the happiest person right now, "now tell me, why you were on the floor of the bathroom?"

"I just fell asleep after morning sickness," she told them and the doctor nodded "what exactly happened, I'm not quite sure?" She asked the doctor and he was happy to answer her question "you have low lying placenta, it happens a lot to women in there early trials, you have nothing to worry about. Just to make sure we will keep you overnight," he said and she nodded.

"I will get the young lady back in here," he tells Caitlin.

LUKE POV

"What the fuck is a low lying placenta?!" I shout at the doctor earning a lot of stairs "it just means the fertilised egg attaches itself inside the lower part of your uterus, it's fine she's back on track, I can assure you that sir," he tells me and I sigh, I can't help but get worried those are my kids too.

I get up only to be pulled down, "stay," Nicole demands I laugh at her joke and jog to her room, once I was there she looked at me. Her face held shocked

"I don't want to talk," she said.

"Then listen."

"I would never do something like that caite never, I love you. I tried so hard for you so hard, and I got you but I'm losing you again and I don't want to caite I love you. Lou has a little girl and a husband, " I sat down on the edge as she sat up.

I pulled out my phone showing her a picture, "I'm telling you the truth, Caitlin I called. A lot you never answered though I know the time distance and then I didn't call because I didn't have your number and when Lou picked up we were in rehearsal."

I told her and she nodded, I should have suspected forgiveness. Even though I barely did anything so I don't know what I'm waiting for.

"Wait,"

"Stay."
