It had been almost a month since Annabelle got her soul back. Along with it being eleven months since Sam and Dean dropped off the radar. She had been going to the coffee shop every day from then on, trying to forget about the fact that she had to kiss the king of hell for her soul back. Not to give. Then, she had kissed Kevin Tran on the cheek. Who she now has officially fallen for.
She was currently walking through the woods, trying to think of a way to just tell Kevin her true feelings. She knew he felt the same way, yet she was still scared of rejection. Annabelle just wanted one thing, her only wish. She wants to leave the Supernatural life behind and settle down. She wants to get off the radar. She wants to stop running.
Slowly, the only sliver of a normal life was leaving and she was officially becoming a rogue. Her mind was a jungle of different ways to stay away from Crowley and his band of demon goons. Initially she wanted to not go with Sam and Dean, but then she wouldn't be where she is now. Or would she?
"Hey," Kevin said catching up to Annabelle. She looked back, smiling at him. "Thought you could use some company."
"Thanks," Annabelle said as Kevin started walking the same pace as Annabelle.
"It's nice to not have to worry about Supernatural creatures anymore, doesn't it?" Kevin asked making Annabelle nod.
"Yeah, good to not have to risk my life every freaking week," Annabelle said with a slight nod.
"At least we're safe," Kevin stated making Annabelle smile and nod.
"And we don't have Winchesters breathing down our necks," Annabelle said making Kevin laugh a bit.
"That's the best part," he said causing Annabelle to laugh. They approached the river they were at a few months earlier, and Annabelle sat down. Kevin took a seat next to her, and took her hand in his. "If it helps, I'm always here."
"And I'm always right here," Annabelle responded. Kevin smiled, and Annabelle leaned her head on his shoulder. They sat there for the longest time in each others presence. Enjoying each second of it.

Sam was lying in the bed with Amelia by his side. He had been staying with her for a while now, and had gotten too attached already. He knew he left his life behind. All because he hit a dog. Then named said dog 'Dog'.
He was thinking about Dean, how he didn't look. He was beginning to reconsider his decisions. He left Annabelle too, and didn't even bother looking for her and Kevin. Sam could officially be classified as dick of the year.
The only reason he wouldn't be, though, is because he had been at least helping around the small little town he was in. He was also kind enough to have real feelings for a woman. For once. Which also meant he was attached. What was Sam going to do? He needed to do something. He couldn't do much. Except for look for Annabelle and Kevin. He could only assume at this point, though, they were gone.
Just as they assume he was too.

"Oh just jump, wimp!" Annabelle yelled up at Kevin who was looking over the edge of the waterfall.
"It's really far!" Kevin yelled down. Annabelle audibly groaned making Kevin look at her. "Don't be rude about it!"
"What else am I gonna do?" Annabelle asked holding her arms up. Kevin sighed, taking a few steps back. He ran forward, jumping in the water and getting Annabelle wet once again. She moved her arms down only have Kevin's pull her feet under the water. She yelped, then realized it was him. They both laughed coming up for air, and Annabelle started swimming to the shore again.
"Competition?" Kevin asked and Annabelle sighed.
"I don't know if I'm up for it," she said putting her hands on her hips.
"Come on, you're supposed to be the fun one," Kevin said pulling Annabelle's hands away form her hips.
"Fine," Annabelle said holding out the 'i'. Kevin smiled as Annabelle followed him up the waterfall again.
"Biggest splash wins," Kevin said making Annabelle nod.
"How is that going to be judged?" Annabelle asked. Kevin thought for a second, then shrugged.
"We'll rate each other on a scale from one to ten," he said and she nodded. "As always, ladies first." Annabelle smiled at him, then started backing up. She ran forward, jumping and tucking into a ball position. Kevin laughed under his breath until she came back on.
"Okay, get on it," she said making Kevin shake his shoulders out. He did the same thing Annabelle did, yet it made a bigger splash since he had a bigger body. Kevin came up, pushing his hair out of his face.
"Did I win?" he asked. Annabelle nodded, beginning to swim to him.
"Oh definitely," Annabelle answered. A smile grew on his face as he swam to her. "You ready to head back?"
"Yeah, it's getting cold," Kevin said with a nod. They swam to the shore, and Annabelle grabbed her jacket. She slipped her arms in it, and brought them over her chest. They walked into the chapel and took turns showering. Annabelle made sure her hair was dry before sitting outside on the steps. She was thinking about all the things that could happen. All the things that have happened, and yet she's still so lucky.
The two run away's had managed to stay hidden (sort of) for a year. They had been safe, and they had gotten closer to each other. At the same time, they were protecting each other. Yes, there were rough patches and there still are. They have come farther than they expected, though. Annabelle has come a lot farther than she expected she would.
For the first time in a long time, she felt real feelings towards someone. She didn't know that she could even take down the wall around her heart, and she didn't know the huge void in it could be filled. Annabelle had found someone that gives meaning to her life. It scares her, yet she's over joyed. She truly cares for someone who truly cares for her too.
