Each night before I go to sleep
I have a visualization ritual
I send out circle hugs
I picture people using a map image
Think about their locations and
Send a circle hug of love
I start with my family and radiate outward
Picturing where I imagine their location
A house, city, state, country
Or even a continent is what I envision
I finally include the entire universe
I do not want to leave anyone or anything out
It is my way of practicing unconditional love
I hope that the loving energy I send outward
Has a positive healing effect on others
Even if they are not aware it is coming from me
My intention is the ripple effect of my love
Makes some sort of positive impact
I tend to stick to myself and my immediate family (INFJ!!!) which works well for me
But I often think that other people who I
Care deeply for but I do not often see
May think it is "out of sight out of mind" with me and that is totally not the way I feel
I care deeply for many people even those who
Hurt me or take me for granted or have been long gone for many, many years
I include everyone in my circle hugs
It is my way of staying connected
Even if we are not in current communication
