I must have fell asleep because when I opened my eyes it was dark all around me. I slowly sat up and looked around to find anything, but nothing was there... Not even Red... RED. I jumped up getting ready to catch myself, only to find myself steady on my own feet. It was safe to say that I am equal parts afraid and confused as I raced around the room desperately trying to find anything. The sudden sound of a door slamming open made me jump out of my skin as I snapped my head over to the source of the sound. Blue light flooded the room as Blue walked over to me, whipping her tail back and fourth against the floor in loud bangs.

"Blue! My girl!" I let out a released breath that I quickly drew back in as she slammed her paw down beside me. "B-bl... Blue...?" My voice cracked as she drew back and let out a deafening roar, throwing me against the far wall, and charged at me.

I balled up into myself as the floor gave out below me, sending me into the bridge of the castle. I slowly opened my eyes to find Allura and Coran being held down by Galra forces. They looked over to me with a sense of venom in their eyes. The commander looked over to me before giving  a toothy grin.

"Ah, look who decided to join us," he paused and motioned for the gunmen to come forward and take aim at them. "Our gracious commander came to watch the execution of his former team. I trust you were successful in killing the others?"

'No...'

I looked down to find my armor coated in blood as the memories flooded my mind. The screams and pleas they gave me as their bodies coated the halls where I met them. "No..No..."

"Emperor Zarkon will be most pleased with your work." The galra leader took a small bow in front of me as the rest of the squadron dropped to their knees as a pressure covered my body.

"No.. Nononono no!"

A smirk fell onto his lips as the command was given, "Vrepit Sa."

"NOOO!"

I jumped up screaming as I fired a beam of ice directly in front of me and I could hear someone shouting at me. A hand fell onto my shoulder and I flinched away from it, breathing heavily, as I held my shaking hand towards whoever it was as the shouting became more panicked.

"Hey, hey.. Calm down Lance, it was just a nightmare..."

Their voice held a comforting calmness as I slowly blinked to see who it was.

"Kei... Keith?"

I was still struggling to catch my breath and placed my hand on my chest and forced my body to relax. Keith was slowly stepping closer, with a warranted caution in his movement and I took the time to look around. Ice was surrounding me and the jagged shards stuck up from the ground everywhere. Across the hanger there was a clump of ice on the wall from where I suddenly woke up; really there wasn't a spot where there wasn't ice. Taking a deep breath, I slowly exhaled as I ran my hand through my hair, flinching slightly when Keith put his hand on my back.

"Are you okay?" He looked me over, making sure I had relaxed a bit.

I looked over to him and saw the concern and fear his face held. "Y-yeah... I will be." Glancing around the room again, I sighed and fully relaxed against his touch, not really caring who the contact was coming from. "It was just a nightmare..." a nightmare that felt way to real.

"...," Keith's eyes followed mine around the room before he spoke up, "Is this what you meant by loosing control of your emotions and being overwhelmed?" His hand never left my back, even as he stepped closer.

"Yeah," I looked down to notice the blanket I tangled up in and Keith seemed to notice.

"We didn't know where you were, so we decided to check to surveillance and saw you fell asleep on Red. Hunk didn't want to wake you up and brought down a pillow and blanket."
