I woke up to the sound of Miley's alarm blaring. "Shit, sorry," He mumbled, turning it off. He sat on the edge of our bed, checking his phone.

"Hey babe?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you wanna go to Disney? I was supposed to go into the studio, but I don't have to now." He said.

"Sure," I replied, reluctantly getting out of bed. Both of us got dressed quickly, Mikey taking a century on his hair. "Come on already, I'm getting gray hair waiting on you," I said to him, grabbing my bag. "Okay I'm ready," Mikey said.

We got into the car, beating the majority of the traffic until we were roughly a half hour away. I banged my head on the back of my seat in frustration. "Relax," Mikey said, switching lanes.

A huge grin was on my face when I saw the familiar gates for Disney. We used our passes to get so we wouldn't have to wait in line. However, this didn't help with the rest of the crowd that was there.

I started to speed walk towards Splash Mountain, thankful for anything that would beat the blistering heat. We used our passes again to skip the line, we sat in the third row.

I loved Splash Mountain because not only did it drench me in water, but I also loved all the creatures inside the ride and all the drops. My most and least favorite was you were submerged in darkness for a few moments before dropping. It always made my heart race.

Mikey and I went on a few other rides before stopping at an Italian restaurant to eat. We sat down as a waiter came and lit the white candles on the table. There was a piano being played in the corner. We put in our orders in as we were given a small basket of breadsticks. I ate one, watching Mikey fix the roses in a vase on our table.

"Today was really fun, minus that girl puking a few feet from us," I said, taking a sip of my wine. "The photo we took in front of Cinderella's Castle came out so nicely." Mikey said. We talked for a few more minutes before our food arrived.

A lot of the rides were closing when we  finished eating, so we walked around and went into the few shops that were still open. We headed towards Magic Kingdom for a firework show. I put my arm around Mikey as we watched the fireworks burst into the sky. Everyone started to clap when it was over.

Mikey and I were able to get on the monorail back to where we first enter the park. We walked to our car. I drove us home because Mikey was exhausted and had to go in the studio the following day. A few minutes later he was out cold, his head resting on the car window, his features being illuminated by the lights on the highway.

A while later I gently shook his shoulder to wake him up. He stayed awake just long enough to change into pjs and go right back to sleep. I took our photos and put the one of us by Cinderella's Castle and put it in a frame I had, placing it next to my nightstand. I put on my pjs, the sound of Mikeys breathing lulling me to sleep.
