This topic gets me so much anxiety.
Every time a teacher comes in and some kids are " fooling around " or whatever, teachers always say,
"You're going to high school next year, high schoolers don't do this"
Yes I know I'm going to high school next year thank you very much.
But really?? That's all you've got??
The worst part is when the teachers use high school as a threat.
"High school is worse than this"
"You'll do worse in high school"
"You'll never survive high school with that kind of behavior"
"School work is so much harder than this in high school"
Ok, that makes me stress out even more.
Some kids like me are scared to go to high school, doing that gives me more anxiety.
I get you're trying to prepare us, but yelling in our faces that we'll never graduate is pathetic.
I don't know if anyone will agree with me with this topic, but it gives me anxiety attacks on a daily basis.
