Why can't I have someone that'll hang out with me 24/7??

It's because I can't help people
I have so many problems I can't deal with them all
So how can I help someone when I can't even help myself??
That's why I don't have a best friend
That's why no one wants to hang out with me
That's why I can't keep a conversation going
That's why I'm socially awkward
