I see the nurse talking to some other ones behind there desk. They giggle and point at me. The bitch is frozen in place. She doesn't look back but I hear.

The girl starts fanning herself dramatically.

Walking up to the nurse they got me in this mess. I grab her by the neck, making them gasp. I push her to the wall leaning in her ear.
