Maci's POV
I'm out with Brantley on his radio tour and trying to plan a wedding. We are a little over two months away, and still have so much to do. I have yet to make an appointment to get a wedding dress. Our first radio interview is with Bobby Bones in Nashville. "Live in studio today is the one and only Brantley Gilbert." "What's going on man?" Brantley asks as he gets comfortable on his stool. "I hear you have a new album coming out and a wedding coming up soon?" Bobby asks. "Yeah, the new album will drop in January, and I'll be getting married at the end of the year." Brantley says with a smile. "I'm guessing that the beautiful lady you walked in with is your fiancé?" Bobby asks looking at me. "That's her. She keeps me grounded and keeps the smile on my face. I honestly have no idea what I would do without her." Brantley states, winking at me. "He would probably starve to death for one." I say with a laugh. "She's probably right." Brantley adds. Bobby goes on asking questions about the new album and then plays Brantley's new song The Weekend. I really love watching him do his interviews because he always makes jokes and has fun. Of course, there never is a dull moment with Brantley around.Brantley has a few more interviews to do in Nashville, but I came back to the hotel for a nap. I don't know why, but I've been getting tired about the same time every day. I go to roll over to get out of bed and I feel a wave of dizziness come over me. I instantly run to the bathroom and empty my stomach. I rinse my mouth out, and a thought dawns on me. I didn't have a period last month, and so far, I haven't had one this month. I go over to my suitcase and grab the pregnancy test out of my make up bag, from the last scare we had. I do my business and then try to keep myself busy for the next ten minutes.
Brantley's POV
I walk into mine and Maci's hotel room and it's quiet. "Maci, are you here?" I ask, before I see her sitting on the balcony looking out on the Nashville strip. I open the door to the balcony and walk out there. Maci turns around to look at me and I can tell she's been crying. "Whoa, baby. What's wrong?" I instantly wrap my arms around her. "These are happy tears. I've just been waiting for you to get back." She says with a smile. "Well, tell me what's going on." I tell her nervously. "Well, I've been kind of tired lately and I got sick earlier. I realized that I haven't had a period since the month before last. So, I took a test. I'm pregnant." Maci smiles as she sees a smile spread across my face. "That's the best news I've heard all day." "I'm scared though. What if it happens again." "Listen to me. We are not going to let anything happen. I don't care if we have to see a doctor every week." "I love you Brantley." Maci says kissing me. "I love you too."
