"Can't believe we're going to a costume party tonight," Kirk said while fixing his hair. Nakasuot ito ng robe na pang-wizard. He's imitating Harry Potter since he was also wearing glasses. "It's not even halloween."

"Wala tayong magagawa, dude. That's the theme for the sem-ender party," paliwanag ni Pyrus na nakasuot ng Peter Pan costume. "Pwede namang hindi tayo pumunta. But the three girls are going. Hindi naman pwedeng sila lang ang mag-enjoy."

"At para namang hahayaan kong magparty party mag-isa iyong si Cash. You know she has a habit of kissing whoever's with her when she's drunk," singit ko.

Isa pa'y nasa bucket list ito ni Cash. Attending a costume party. Plus, victory party na din since we won the annual battle of the bands just three days ago. All the struggles were damn worth it.

Marami ng kumucontact sa aming recording companies. Hindi palang kami nakakapili kung kanino ipagtitiwala ang banda. We'll talk about it soon. For now, magsecelebrate muna kami for surviving this semester and for winning the competition.

"You're just grumpy kasi hindi pinayagan si Ieva," pang-asar ko kay Kirk. He flipped his middle finger at me. I laughed.

It was obvious that Tita Caeleah won't let her daughter go to a party. Lalo na't ako ang makakasama. Hindi naman sa papabayaan ko ang pinsan ko but well, I have been in trouble many times. Takot lang si Tita na madamay ang anak. Isa pa, Genieva is still very young.

Bumaba ako ng sasakyan nang makarating sa bahay nila Cash. The girls were inside, pampering. Syempre'y kailangan silang sunduin.

We brought two cars. One was mine at iyong isa nama'y kay Kirk. Pyrus didn't want to bring his car kasi hassle daw.

"Good evening, tita," I greeted once I'm inside. I kissed her cheek. Ngumiti ito at tinanong kung nakapag-dinner na ako.

"Busog pa po ako, tita," sagot ko.

"Tawagin ko lang ang mga babae. Wait here..." ani Tita saka umalis. Tumango ako saka tinignan si Tito Loki na tahimik na nanonood ng TV.

Ever since Volt and Cash broke up, her dad treated me with indifference. I bet he thinks I was one of the reasons why Cash ended her relationship with Volt. Halos lahat naman ganoon ang tingin. Kesyo ako ang third party. Kesyo nagloko si Cash.

Medyo nahurt nga ako dahil ganon din ang tingin ni Tito. But I kind of understand. I was known for being a womanizer. Tapos kami pa ni Cash ang palaging magkasama bago sila magbreak ni Volt. Kaya ganoon nalang talaga ang maiisip ng ibang tao.

I tend to ignore rumors like that, sanay na akong napaguusapan behind my back. Ang inaalala ko ay si Cash. Even when she acts all tough, I know the words they say affects her. Kaya nga ginagawa ko ang lahat para lang mapanatili siyang masaya.
