Note is at the bottom!

Patton, Roman and Logan had been sorting through some movies to choose for movie night when they heard some loud laughter at the end of the hallway. They turned their heads curiously towards the source of the sound, until Deceit and Virgil came into view, leaning on each other from how hearty their laughter was.

The two of them hadn't noticed that they were being watched, too busy trying to catch their breath to do so. Deceit managed to collect himself for a moment, a childish grin on his face.

"'Nice gloves. Did you just finish washing some dishes?'" Deceit badly imitated, sending them both into another fit of giggles.

"N-no! Stop! It hurts!" Virgil whined, clutching his ribcage as he tried to stifle his laughter.

He took several quick breaths, a few small giggles escaping here and there, but otherwise composed himself quickly. His eyes finally trailed over to the other traits, who were watching in confusion and mild amusement. He waved at them before turning to the two-faced trait, who had finally managed to settle down.

"Virgil, I must commend you on that comeback. It took my all not to laugh on camera." He admitted, not a hint of sarcasm in his tone.

"I know right? It's probably my best comebacks so far."

Nodding his head, Deceit turned to the three staring traits with a small smile. "How rude of us. Greetings Roman, Patton, Logan."

"Greetings!"

"Hiya!"

"Salutations."

Tipping his bowler hat in response, he barely made eye-contact with Virgil before the two cracked up again, laughing at what appeared to be an inside joke between them.

"Were you two not on bad terms just an hour ago?" Roman asked, confused.

"Wait," Deceit froze, "Virgil, have you not told them the truth?"

The anxious trait was quick to hush him, but not quick enough.

"Kiddo? What truth?"

"..nothing."

"Hesitation." Logan pointed out.

"Kiddo. I'm not going to ask again. What truth?" Patton asked, his voice hardening to that of a demanding parent's.

"Okay, fine! Just... don't freak out or whatever."

Scoffing, Roman waved him off. "How bad can it be?"

"You'll be surprised." Deceit spoke up, "You may wish to take a seat."

"Deceit not being sarcastic? How peculiar." Logan remarked.

Nonetheless, the three traits found themselves a seat on the sofa, whilst Deceit sat himself down into an armchair. Virgil was the centre of the attention, and to say he was terrified was an understatement.

He opened his mouth to start multiple times before shaking his head, as if erasing the script he was formulating in his head. He paced in the limited space available before he finally sat himself down onto another armchair, dramatically exhaling.
