Ship: Moxiety
TW: A lot of swearing. Well, not that much but more than I usually put in.
I did not come up with this prompt cause I had the world's worst writer's block. This was requested by one of my readers on Snapchat; Ceci (if you're reading this, message me your Wattpad name so I can tag you)
So hopefully I can do it justice. I probably won't though, cause I'm writing at like 00:12, so I'm pretty tired.
Anyways, I've got a few things that I gotta update you guys on.
Note is at the bottom!
God, he hated group projects.
What? It wasn't his fault that everyone was either a complete asshole or a complete idiot.
As his eyes scanned over the room, he noticed that most of the people in the room had already finished choosing their groups. Probably all close friends or something.
Ugh, why did it need to be groups of three? Two was bad enough, but three?
His eyes swept over the room once again, taking in the fact that the only two people left were...who were they again? Who the hell bothers to socialise and remember people's names anyways?
In that moment, all of their eyes locked. The shortest person, in a blue polo shirt and a cat-hoodie wrapped around his shoulders, stared at him for a while before his eyes sparkled and a friendly grin spread across his face. The one wearing a striped blue tie, which wasn't really necessary in a high school, was shifting from foot to foot. They gestured for him to come to them, and reluctantly, he did just that.
Thankfully, so far, the bubbly one didn't seem too scary...
"Hiya! The name's Patton, and this is Logan," He cheerily introduced, "wanna be a group?"
"I-..uh, um... y-yeah, I guess."
"I apologise, but may I ask for your name?" The other person, Logan, asked. He was playing with his tie and tapping his foot rapidly, but otherwise seemed normal.
"Oh, yeah. Sorry. Virgil."
"Interesting. Well, pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Yup! Nice to meet you!"
"I suppose." He shrugged, shoving his hands in his pockets to stop himself from fidgeting.

Virgil quickly shoved his books from his locker into his bag, hastily running towards the library before it was too late.
He didn't want to run into him.
~~~~~~~~~~
Patton did most of the talking whenever they were working on their projects, seeming to notice that he didn't like speaking that much and neither was Logan. He just spoke about things that didn't really need a reply to, which Virgil was highly appreciative for. There was something about his voice that was somehow calming for his anxiety.
And when either of them did talk, he made sure to pay all of his attention to them. He was like that one guy that would even listen to the person who was just there in a group, y'know?
Something about him was special, Virgil could tell. But he didn't know what.
Nonetheless, that did not make the group work enjoyable either. They needed to discuss stuff, they needed to edit stuff, they needed to meet up, they needed to spend time together.
