Adventuring out west is always fun. It represents a new lease on life that is full of opportunity and possibilities. For a mid-western girl like Alisha, it couldn't be anything more. From the open window of her truck, the wind blew through her long, strawberry blonde hair, giving her the sense of comfort and peace. However, the good feeling wouldn't last through the evening as the drive took a lot out of her. When she finally reached Montana, she stopped in at a small diner to get a bite to eat. She was exhausted and hungry from the travel, not to mention she needed to stretch her legs a bit. As she walked in, an older woman approached her.

"Hello, sweetie. I've never seen your pretty face around here before. Please grab a seat, and I'll be right with you," she said.

It was a warm greeting that made Alisha feel welcome. She was new in town, all five feet of her. She sported a regular white t-shirt that tightly gripped her fit and curvy torso, with jeans just as firm that were hidden from the knee down under her beige boots.

Alisha sat at a booth and up against a window. Shortly after, the older woman returned with a menu.

"Can I get you something to drink, young lady, while you look over that menu?"

"Sure. What do you have that isn't soda?" Alisha asked.

The older waitress smiled.

"Well, we have milk."

"Oh, no thanks," Alisha responded with a disgusted look on her face.

"You don't like milk, dear?" the woman asked with surprise.

"No, mam. I don't actually."

"Please, call me Ruth."

"Okay, Ruth. Well, do you have anything that doesn't come from a cow's utter?" Alisha asked sarcastically.

Ruth seemed amused by her sense of humor.

"We have apple juice, lemonade, and sweet tea. They're dairy free for sure."

Alisha's eyes lit up.

"Did you say sweet tea?"

"I sure did, young lady."

"Please call me Alisha," she said politely.

"Certainly. Alisha?....."

"Duncan."

"Okay, Ms. Duncan. I will be back in a few minutes to take your order."

"Thank you, Ruth."

She looked over the menu immediately, coming across chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and corn.

"Sounds good to me," Alisha thought to herself.

"Here's your tea, dear."

She proceeded to place her order when seven cowboys came through the door. All eyes in the diner were in their direction for a second or two. Each of them were in good shape, wearing traditional cowboy garb, and exchanging hellos with the locals. One stood out, appearing as the leader. He was a couple inches over six feet, with black hair under his hat, and a chiseled jawline that indicated a muscular physique. Eventually, they sat at the table next to Alisha. Ruth was coming back from putting Alisha's order in, and greeted the men.
