12. Lightbox.

It ha already been 10 minutes.
And we still couldn't decide where to go.
I mean okay I'm part of the reason we can't decide.
" Okay I'm going to pitch this idea one more time..." I declared smiling.
" let's go to Lightbox!" I finished my declaration.
There was a silence and everyone looked at me.
" No one likes Lightbox!" Jesse complained.
I pursed my lips and gave him a death glare.
" Alright then..Let's take a vote." I said smirking.
I crossed my arms I absolutely refuse to go to Wendy's for the one & only Hillcrest high school dance.
" Okay who votes we go to Lightbox" I said raising my hand.
Bella and Maddox raised their hands and shrugged.
" Really guys?..." Jesse said scowling.
" I honestly have no preference, but at least Lily actually has a place.
You're just disagreeing but you have no other option." Maddox said shrugging. " Yeah I'm with Maddox" Bella replied smiling.
" Alright, Everyone in the car we are going to Lightbox." Jesse said in a flat tone. " Yes!" I said clapping. I ran over and kissed Jesse on the cheek before smirking and climbing into the car.
When I got in the car me and Bella high fived.
" Yes!" I whispered to her.
She winked at me.

When we finally got to Lightbox it was around 7:15ish
" I'm so hungry" Bella said smiling.
" Yes. Me too!" Jesse said.
We talked for awhile before the waiter came to our table.  " Hello, I'm Kathryn your server today. Can I get you guys anything to drink?" She asked smiling friendly.  " Um I'll have Diet Coke please" I said we smiling.  " Um I'll have a regular Coke please." Maddox said. " And for you guys?" the waitress said gesturing towards Jesse and Bella.
" Um I'll have the Blackberry Lemonade" Bella said softly.
" And I'll have the same" Jesse said smiling.
" Okay then.. I'll be back in a few minutes for appetizers." She said smiling.
" Thanks" I called.

" Hey did you guys hear that Valerie Was made I'm charge of the whole cheer squad?" I asked twirling my pasta between my fork.
"  Yeah I did hear that! I didn't know if it was true or not?" Bella replied.
" Yep it's true." I said mater of factly.
" well that only means one thing..." Jesse said darkly.   " School is going to be a living Hell." he said.  We all start laughing.
" okay vote! Who liked their food? Raise your hand"I said smiling.  Maddox raised his hand slowly.
I looked at Bella, She shrugged...I elbowed her gently.
" I'm sorry it wasn't great" she said laughing.
" I'm with Bella it's still terrible" Jesse added.
He and Bella high fived.
" my hamburger was good" Maddox said softly.
" Thank you Maddox! See people at least someone had a good palate" I said laughing.
Jesse & Bella shared a smirk.
We paid the the check.
Amd got on our way.
