Broken.

11. It's Almost Time.

We were finally back in Hillcrest it was around 6 HOURS! There was so much traffic and trust me we had learned our lesson on the way there.
So Bella dropped me off at my house & went to her house to say hello to her dad and stuff. We are going to meet back at my house at 5:00 and Jesse and Maddox are coming over at 6:30 then we are gonna go eat somewhere and then the dance starts at 9:00.
So I walked through the house into the kitchen where my mom probably was. As I walked through the kitchen I realized she wasn't there.
So I went upstairs to her bedroom to find my mm passed out on the bed.
I decided to let her sleep & see her when she woke up.   So I walked to my bedroom and put my bags down on my bed, I hung up my dress and laid out my shoes, Nail polish and the Golden.L. Necklace Bella and I bought together.
It was already 2:00 Pm so I decided to go to the kitchen & have a snack. As I opened the kitchen I found literally a Bucket load of My favorite Chocolate chip cashew bars. Thanks Mom.
I took 2 and started eating, usually i would take like 6 but I need to fit into my dress. I looked around everything was literally clean. I mean it's usually clean because my mom loves cleaning but this was a new clean like pristine clean. ^Well she must have been bored^ I thought. I decided to go up to my room and lay down for a little while. I mean Bella isn't coming till 5 anyway...

So I woke up at exactly 4:32 basically hitting myself.
^I shouldve set an Alarm!^ I thought scowling at myself.
I jumped into the shower and quickly washed my hair I let the water run a little longer because I didn't feel like getting out. When I finally did it was 4:50 so I quickly changed into sweatpants and a Tshirt and lounged around rewatching Gossip Girl for like the bazillionth time.
When Bella finally showed up I was about 5:10.
" Hey!" Bella said walking in.
" Hey! What's up?" I asked closing the door behind me.
" nothing much just itching to get ready" She said laughing.
" Yes! Same!" I said leading her upstairs of my room.
When we were in my room Bella looked around and we flopped down on my bed. " I will be right back" I said before going to see my mom I really wanted to see her.

After I did I went back to my room & me and Bella were ready to start getting ready. " so what should we start with?" I asked smiling.
" Um well I already took a shower and so I guess doing our hair?" Bella replied.   " yeah good idea!" I said before going into the bathroom for a minute to look at my hair in the mirror,
" God I hate my hair" I muttered into the mirror.
I spotted a pair of scissors next to my makeup.
Should I do it? Or should I leave it?
My mind had its own battle for a few moments.
You know what? Screw it.
I put my hair into a ponytail I took the scissors and just started cutting my waist length hair to about the length of my collarbone.
As I finally cut through the last strand, I took the ponytail out.
It actually didn't look that bad... I mean it needed to be trimmed and shaped but the length wasn't bad.
Bella walked in at that exact moment.
" oh my God" she said dropping her jaw.
" is it that bad?" I asked softly.
" no its not bad at all!" Bella said coming over to me.
" here let me finish it up" she said taking the scissors from me.
I let her take them thank gosh because I had no idea what to do.
She trimmed and shaped it into a a long bob.
Finally when she was done I loved in the mirror.
" do you like it?" Bella asked gently.
" I love it!" I said smiling.
" great!" she said happily.
We took turns putting in hair ties and Bobby pins until we had are hairstyles perfect.
Next we decided to do our nails.
" okay can you do mine with white glitter?" I asked smiling.
" of course can you do mine Scarlett to match my dress?" Bella asked in a fake British accent.
" of course milady" I replied in an equally terrible accent.

As we did our nails we really only had one more thing....Dresses.
We got our dresses on and our shoes and we were finally done.
It was already 6:15,
We high fives and complimented each other in fake British accents before heading downstairs to be bombarded by my mom for photos.
" get together!" my mom ordered snapping a few shots with her digital camera.  " and alone" she said snapping a few lone photos of me and then Bella.  when we finally escaped we stood in the front yard waiting for the boys.   " your mom is pretty awesome" Bella said smiling sadly.
" thanks I'll tell her you said that sometime" I said smiling.
" do you miss you mom right now?" I asked gently.
" yeah I really do. I mean this should be an experience I should share with her right?"Bella said smiling faintly.
I hugged her tightly for a few moments before pulling away.
" Now. Where are the Freaking boys?" I said laughing.
" I know right!" Bella started laughing,
I finally saw Jesse's Silver Honda pull over in the driveway.
" thank gosh! They are finally here!" Bella said amd we started cracking up again.
