Penelope got out of her car, a white rari that her Dad gave her on her 21st. She made her way to the CVS that was by her house, no way in hell was she going to forget to get a plan B. She wasn't about to risk it. She pulled the hood to her hoodie to hide her face as she walked inside the CVS.

Penelope was pissed after the tag that Diego made on his picture, people called and texted her, asking if she had really slept with Lil Xan. She ignored everyone, especially Diego. Who kept DMing her on Instagram, apologizing. She couldn't believe he had the audacity to post something like that. Her personal life was that, personal. She didn't need fans to get their nose in her business, she hated drama. Two of Diego's side hoes decided to DM her. Saying some colorful things that Penelope would rather just forget. Making sure no one noticed her, she went straight to the pharmacy and bought the damn pill. Getting some chips and a water. She made her way to the cash register and paid.

"So what Lil Xan posted was true? Y'all hooked up last night?" Someone asked her and Penelope's heart stopped for a moment at the sound of his voice. Turning around she looked up at her ex.

"It's none of your business Jeff." She said. No feelings raised up, she felt nothing for the guy standing in front of her and she was happy. Rolling her eyes she walked out of the CVS.

Penelope turned her phone off and relaxed in her bed. Monica was suppose to be over soon and she couldn't wait to talk to her best friend about everything, Grace had felt to visit family in Australia ; Penelope missed her already.

Monica walked through the door, wearing a tank top and some shorts. Her face make up free and her hair up in a bun. Penelope gave her a sad smile and closed her eyes, trying to relax.

"You okay Penny?" Monica whispered as she laid besides her best friend, she used the childhood nickname she hadn't used in awhile.

"He's a dick for posting that caption Mon." Penelope said as she looked over at her friend, who nodded in agreement.

"He deleted it, if that makes you feel any better." Penelope rolled her eyes and sniffled. "He's an idiot but oh god, Mon..i like him. I had such a great night with him, we talked and took shots together and we had a great time before we even hooked up."

"Give him a chance P, you never know. He could be the best thing to ever happen to you." Monica said as she pulled her phone out. "He's so desperate to talk to you he even messaged me." Penelope's eyes widen and she looked at her friend who gave her a smile. Both girls laughed and continued to talk.

Diego stared at his phone, waiting for Penelope to at least send him a message. The minute that Steven had said he messed up, he knew he messed up. It wasn't the smartest thing to have posted the caption that basically let everyone know they had gotten together last night but she had left, she left without saying anything. He woke up naked and alone, he had never been in that position before and it was crazy to him.

"You know, maybe we should go out. It's Sunday, we can hit a club or some shit." Nate, one of his friends, said as he sat down on the couch with Xan.

"Get your mind off of the shit you pulled and we can ask a few females I know to join us." Marcus, another one of Diego's friends, said as he took a drag of a joint. It all sounded good to him, he could get his mind off of Penelope.

"Sounds good to me, let's do it." Diego said as he grabbed the joint from Marcus.

All the guys looked at each other and nodded their head, excited for tonight.

Diego sat on one of the lounge couches in the back of the club, for a Sunday night, it was actually really crowded. Everyone was dancing to the music that was playing and shots were being taken. Diego couldn't help but look around and hope that Penelope would show up.

He hated the way he was acting, this wasn't him at all. This whole love sick puppy shit was the thing he'd normally tease his friends when they started talking to a new female they liked. He teased Ethan for months when he caught him acting this way, one minute the young boy was living his life, hooking up with anyone who could breathe and the next he was tied down to Brielle. Xan wasn't mad, quite the opposite, he was happy for Ethan.

A few girls hung around Xan but he paid them no attention. He took a sip of his drink, which was straight vodka with some ice and relaxed.

"C'mon dude, don't be like this! You're acting like such a pussy! Here, this is Tasha. She's chill." Steven said as he pushed a tall brunette into Xan's arms.

Maybe if he let loose, he'd have fun. Diego let the Tasha girl, grind on his lap. He watched as she danced to the beat of the song, turning her around to face him, he noticed she was the complete opposite of Penelope. While Penelope had black hair and dark brown eyes, this girl in front of him was a brunette with green eyes. Xan shook his head, he wasn't about to think about her right now. He was going to have fun.

Tasha wrapped her arms around Xan's neck and she leaned in, Xan met her halfway and they ended up making out. Diego knew people were probably taking pictures and putting it on snapchat and he couldn't help but not care.
