DIEGO LEANOS was never the type of person to be cliché. He hated that shit but at that moment, in a crowded club where everyone was intoxicated and everyone was singing his lyrics, yes people were actually rapping along with him, to his lyrics. All he saw was her, with her black wavy hair and bright eyes, looking around as if nothing could get her attention. As if nothing was worth her attention. Not even the boy who was on stage, having the time of his life. Diego had no idea what made him look in her direction, maybe it was the fact that she was the only one who was sitting down, in a club full of people who were getting lit. She looked like the only sober one in the room.
The beat to his song "Betrayed" continued on, he need to get back into it. Some girl across the club wasn't worth it, his attention was back to the crowd in front of him, girls all smiled at him, all trying so desperately to get his attention or even a reaction out of him. His camera man was on stage, recording everything that happened at that moment and he couldn't believe that this was his life. This is what he got paid to do. Rap in front of people, have them memorize his lyrics and singing them back to him.
It was everything.
So why was he stuck on thinking about a girl that meant nothing?
