Chapter 10

I seemed to be falling in the dark abyss. I reached my hand out to grab something. Anything. It was an endless loop. I can't break it. Until...

My eyes snapped opened.

I'm... Alive?

The first thing that came to my mind, was... Papyrus... Papyrus! I teleported to his room, and found him sleeping. I sighed in relief.

But this doesn't make any sense. Why?

I teleported back to my room. I looked at my calendar. The 2 weeks had been reset.
Again. I sat on my bed, bringing my knees up and hugging them.

What really did happened?

I started to smile widely at him. Suddenly, my throat was burning, and I had to cough. Blood spilled from my mouth onto my body. I hold the military tag closed to me, as if it was giving me a little more strength before actually dying.

"Hey Papyrus..."

"Yes Brother?"

"Wanna hear a joke?"

"Sure, brother,"

"Knock, knock,"

"Who's there?"

"I love,"

"I love who?"

"I love you..."

After that, my vision went black and I was falling down the abyss. Endlessly.

Oh ya... I died. I looked outside the window. What did really happened after I died? Why did the player reset the game? I don't get it. Did she really hate us, that she want to reset the game, so that she can kill us again? That kid was really messed up.

I looked at the clock. Papyrus was going to wake up soon. I need to get back in place. I teleported to my couch and sat there waiting for Papyrus.

After 15 minutes, he walked out of the door.

"Sans wake up you-"

"Yes Pa-" I covered it up, "Yes Boss?"

"Tsk," he walked down the staircase.

I remembered I can't call him Paps anymore. I need to be patient and do everything again. I waited for another 10 minutes.

"Sans, get over here," he called me.

I walked towards the table and sat down. I remembered I had to wait for him to give me a cue to eat. He nodded and I eat the food. After we ate, I picked up both of our plates and had to say the same line so that we could progress to get closer again.

"Don't worry boss, I will put the dishes away. You been working hard lately, so I want to help you as much as possible!" I smiled.

I shut my eyes tight, waiting. Then it came. I fell down to the ground from the hard impact. I was hitted over, over and over again. It was painful the first time, but now I didn't felt anything.

"You think I'm weak?! You think I can't even bring the dishes away?!" He kicked my ribs but I can't feel anything.

"You are the strongest out there boss!" I shouted.

"That's right," He stopped, "Don't you dare think I'm weak again".

I stood up and said the exact same line, again,

"I'm sorry. I know you are the best, and you will always be the best no matter what. I underestimated your strength, and I should have known my boss is an independent monster. I wouldn't do it again, I promised," I smiled.
