"True love is not how you forgive, but how you forget, not what you see but what you feel, not how you listen but how you understand, and not how you let go but how you hold on." ~ Dale Evans

The ride home was dreadful. She cursed herself for showing her weaknesses in front of Jungkook. She burst into tears once he enveloped her really tight in his warmth which she had been longing for. She regretted her life decision. Being beside him in the car, terrified her even more. She wasn't moving at all. The only thing she did was breathing. Thank god, she still knew how to breathe or else that's the end.
He basically felt the same thing. He should just have ignored her and let her vented out her anger. 'Why did I hug her? Since when did I care? I never cared to get myself involve with such things. Why her?' questioning himself again and again. He glanced at her making sure she was okay. She was facing the window all along without a single movement. He overlooked her this time.
As soon as they arrived in front of her friend's house, she dashed out of the car when he also did the same.
"Jiwon, wait!"
She stopped her track but still not turning back to face him.
"Are we okay?"
She nodded. 'No, we're never okay.'
"If so, why aren't you looking at me?"
She froze again. 'Because it's hard.'
"Come on, we need to face this to make things work. Whatever happened there, just ignore it. It was nothing but a friendly hug. I was just trying to comfort you. You looked so depressed at that moment. And I couldn't help but to blame myself."
She was still contemplating whether to look back or not.
"You can treat me like a big brother, if that makes you feel better. Jiwon-shi...look at me, please..."
"Really? I can treat you like a brother?" she asked motionless.
"Yes..." 'No! I want to be treated more than that.'
She turned around and hugged him on the arm. "Thanks, it does make me feel better."
"Call me oppa then," he touched her hair and ruffled it messily.
"Nope! Still awkward," she refused.
"Stubborn little girl," he tapped her shoulder.
"Pervert weirdo," she let him loose.
"It's getting late. Go inside and have a rest. Good night," he shoved her.
"You too. Good night. Thanks for the ride," she went inside. He silently watched her steps with hopeless eyes.

Jungkook spent the whole night to go through the said agreement made by her beloved future wife. Unfortunately, he couldn't agree with any of those conditions except the fact that she wanted a place to live in and a car to move around, if that even impossible. He gladly would provide her with all the necessities since he wouldn't be using it for a long time.
It was nothing but, having her to list down some nonsense telling him not to touch her, to sleep in separate rooms, to mind their own business and to not fall in love, they were too childish. It will be a legal marriage and her terms were out of the world. Considering their age, they were matured enough to be living under one roof and having a lawful relationship which were against her stupid agreement.
He was only halfway reading and decided to stop. He couldn't bring himself to continue, being aware that he might explode and spurt out despicable words to her. It was as if they were playing games and to stay safe, they must adhere to the rules to ensure no one cheated. He was serious about the marriage and deep down inside he really hoped that it will help him to move on from his past. A change.
