"You say you're leaving as you look away, I know there is nothing left to say, just know I'm here. Whenever you need me, I'll wait for you." ~ Unknown

He can still remember the dress she wore the day they met. She came into his life unexpectedly and he thought maybe, just maybe she could be that someone because everything she does and words she says will take his breathe away. He was captivated by her pure innocence, his ears were blessed by her sweet lullaby and cute nagging, his eyes were visualized by her act of kindness and her gentleness. Albeit she could be quite tough, stubborn and cold hearted, they still failed to keep him from falling head over heels over her.

They didn't even get to know each other for a long period of time. But the attraction was just beautiful that he couldn't resist. Love is not determined by the years, but by the hearts. The shortest meeting could develop the longest feeling.

He opened his eyes feeling a slight sore in his body, he tried to move his fingers and legs but it wouldn't react as if he was paralyzed. His eyes wandered around the foreign room, with white walls and flowy curtains with the same color. The sunlight was too strong making it difficult for him to keep his eyes open. His eyes caught the figure laying on the sofa, tired but uncomfortable as she kept on tossing around to find the right position to rest her body.

He couldn't remember anything that had brought him to the hospital, the sudden throbbing in his head made him winced disturbing the person on the sofa. She quickly paced towards the patient bed with worried eyes making sure that he was okay.

"Jungkook, are you okay?" she held his hands tight, "Honey, how are you feeling? Do you want some water?" Mrs. Jeon felt like he was trying to say something but incapable due to his dry throat. He nodded and she fed him with a glass of water using a straw prepared by the hospital.

"Why am I here, mom?" he asked but it came out as a whisper but Mrs. Jeon managed to listen to his words.

"You fainted last night on the rooftop, she bought you to the hospital." Mrs. Jeon explained his situation making him confused by the word 'she'. "Jungkook, the doctor said that the amount of alcohol you consumed might get you killed, it was poisonous. You should stop with the habit." His condition was critical that he was dripped, his body was too weak and it might affect his internal system.

Jungkook dazed into space, trying to remember what happened and ignored his mother's nagging. It was too no use as they knew he couldn't live without it now. He needs sleep and alcohol helps. "Mom, who was she? The one that brought me here?" he had someone in mind, but he wanted to make sure of it. He secretly hoping that she was the one, he wanted her to be the one.

"Kim Jiwon. She brought you here. She was there last night. With you on the rooftop. She is back." Mrs. Jeon revealed the secret woman who had helped him last night without hesitation. She wanted her son to forget about all those painful feelings he had been suffering. She knew the only person who can cure his disease is Kim Jiwon, the one she used to hate and despise.

"I need rest. I want to be alone. You can go home and rest too, mom." Jungkook was flabbergasted by the truth. His wishes came true but he wasn't really happy about it. He shouldn't meet her. She shouldn't be there. They weren't meant to happen, not again.

"Will you be okay? You want me to call someone to stay?" She was a bit worried since he just woke up from his deep slumber. He was still unstable and weak.

"No, mom. I don't want to see anyone." He refused to receive any visitors at the moment. He needed to be alone.

"Okay, honey. As you wish. Have a good rest. Call me if you need me. Your phone is next to you," she kissed his forehead tenderly, caressed his cheeks gently and adjusted his blanket. "I'll come back in the evening with some food, bye." She was a bit reluctant to leave him alone at the moment, but she knew by the mention of Jiwon was making him experiencing a roller coaster of emotions. The best was to let him have his own time to clear his head.
