Today was Tuesday. Now it's back to school. Last night I basically slept in the attic with Mom holding me. Mickey and Dawn slept in her bed and Suzie got her strength enough to get to her bed. "Come on sleepy girl. It's 6 and you have to leave in 50 minutes to get to school on time" Mom said. I got up and stretched my arms. I went downstairs into my room. Where's my phone? Oh shit, it's probably in the car. I went outside and grabbed my phone. 4 Text messages

I put my phone on my bed and grabbed some new clothes to wear today. A galaxy skirt, white tank top, black lace cardigan, and some thigh high boots. I took a long hot shower. During the whole shower, all I thought about was Bloom and Roy. Bloom would approve my outfit and tell me to rock it, like always. Then Roy would tell me to not let people bring me down. Roy was always like an older brother even though he's much younger. I don't really know how, but it's like that in some way.

Should I go? He may only want me to talk more about eleven. I don't know, I guess i'll see what time I get done. I dried my hair and curled it into a down half. (That's what I call it. It's a half crown but lower) I did my usual cat eye and red lipstick. I slipped by boots on and looked at the clock. 6:43.

I grabbed my keys and grabbed a quick granola bar from the cabinet.

I defrosted my windows and shivered a bit. Why did I think it would be a good idea to wear a skirt on a winter day?I finally reached the school. 6:49. I guess I should walk to the field shouldn't I? I parked my car and locked it when I got out. I started my walk to the track field. I sat on the bench and looked around. No one was here, so I just went on my phone. "Wow, you actually came..." A voice said behind me. I turned around and it was Mike. "Yeah. Now what did you want to talk about" I sassed. "Well damn" He mumbled.
He went up to me and sat by my side. "I just wanted to explain to you... About yesterday..." He said. I rolled my eyes and looked back on my phone. "Will you just hear me out, please?" He begged and rolled his eyes. "Fine" I mumbled, putting my phone away.
"So last year, Will went missing. Turns out he was in the upside down, which is a universe under this world full of creatures like demogorgons! When he met missing, we found Eleven. She stayed with me for a while. We got really close. She knew where Will was! Long story short, she went into the upside down and killed the demogorgon. Then Will was safe! But ever since then, he's been getting weird visions, and the shadow man is his latest. The creature we saw yesterday was a demogorgon. I've been messaging El ever since she left. I can't seem to find her. I just want to find her, you know? And I really want to make sure she's okay" He said.
"If I could find her, I would. She's my sister. She's only a few years younger than me, and she escaped the lab the same time I did. I let everyone go. I just can't find her. And her real name is Jane. Mom said that's what us sisters should refer to her as. I have visions of her, I just can't find where the place would be. I don't recognize the area." I said.
"Can I help you find her? I really want to find her" He said. I rolled my eyes. "The only reason you want to find her is to kiss her and be little love birds. I'm actually doing it for a family reason. I wouldn't get anything out of helping your relationship. You'd throw me to the side too" I angrily chuckled. "What's that suppose to mean?" He asked with wide eyes. He looked taken back.
"Max told Me, Mickey, and Suzie not to expect a spot in your 'friend group'. You won't even let Max be part of your group! And she said you only think of me as a transport. But I guess she was correct about that. Since, ya know, the only time you talked to me was to get a ride to Will's. And then, ya know, not let me in until you were 'scared'. Yeah, I call people like you assholes" I said. I got my bag and started to walk down the bleachers. "Kaysie!" He called. I walked away from him and rolled my eyes. He grabbed my arm and pulled me back.
"I don't only think of you as a transport! She had no right to say that! And I won't let her in because she came right after El. She tried to take her place. But you could be part if you want! You're just like El!" He said. I grabbed my arm away from him and headed to the school. "Kaysie! Please!" He said. I heard jogging towards me. My arm was pulled once again but this time there was a hand placed on my face. Not harshly, just gently.
"Please listen to me" He said. I could feel his breath on my face. "Every time you talk it seems like I get less amused" I laughed. He chuckled. "Just listen to me, okay?" He said. "Sure, fine" I said, getting out of his grasp. He put his hands in his pockets. "If you're starting to think that i'm using you to get El, then you're wrong. I want to see her yes but that's not the only reason I need you. Now that I know you're like her, you can help Will. We need you. Please help save us" He said.
"Fine. I'll help you. Just please, please, don't make me think i'm an extra. Because I already have a feeling that your 'El' friend is not going to want me in the group" I laughed. He nervously laughed. "Let's get inside. It's cold out here and we have like 3 minutes till class" I said, checking my phone. "Oh my! You must be freezing! Do you want my coat?!" He worried. "No, no, i'm fine! I'll be heated in a second it's okay" I laughed. He laughed and we both walked inside.
