Tears were silently falling down my cheeks as I ran. Ran away from the park, away from Miku, away from her surprised and confused face.

I really wasn't crying to hard but it was still hard for me to see and I crashed into something. I looked up and saw Kaito's worried and grim face.

"You ok?" He whispered.

I nodded my head. then I shook my head, then I nodded again, I gave up and just shrugged.

Kaito laughed and he put his arms around my shoulders protectivly. I didn't know him very well so at first I struggled to get out of his grip but I stopped when I found there was no way of escaping him. So I just stood there with him, my tears finally starting to dry up and he held me my head now on his hard chest. He was warm now. His hand was so cold earlier but now he was warm.

I tried to pull away again and he let me this time placing his hands on my shoulders. I wiped the remaining tears from my face and looked up at him with squinted eyes. "Were you just listening? Following me?"

Kaito grinned, "I've been following you for a couple days angel, you've just not noticed."

I shook my head unbelievingly. "I have seen you before, twice actually. I just thought you were human and never took real notice."

Kaitos grin faded, "Are you sure you're ok? I've never seen an angel cry, well that's not true I guess Luka cried when that kitten died . . . " He looked off into the distance at the memory before turning to look at me again the sad seriousness returned. "But that was different then this. You basically got rejected without actually being rejected."

I took a deep painful breath forcing the fresh tears back. "I'm fine." I said my voice cracking.

Kaito sighed taking his hands off my sholders and shoving them into his pockets. "I've never really been in love before so I don't understand your pain but if you need anything or anyone to talk to you can come find me.

A small smile came to my lips. "An angel seeking counsel from a demon." I was looking down spacing out but I think my eyes were looking at his stomach.

Kaito laughed and I could just piture his wide grin. "It's not common but it happens. Usuaully the demon goes to the angel though."

A thought occured to me and I looked up Katio's, sure enough, grinning face. "How do demons tell when they are seeing an angel?"

Kaito shrugged his shoulders his smiling face almost bored. "You angels can see auras right? That's how you guys find people and angels and whatnot, demons as you can guess do not see auras. But what we do see are shadows. Angles see the souls and we see the evil. Demons have a lot of shadows sorounding them, humans have varying shadows, and Angels have none. Usually. I have actually met angels with shadows but they no longer had their wings and were basically human."

My eyes lit up, other angels had given up their wings. "So they still knew they were once angels? they didn't die or anything?"

Kaito looked at my with a wary face. "Yes . . . " He said slwoly wonder crossing his face. "They were exactly the same, they just couldn't fly and therefore couldn't go to heaven."

A smile, I'm sure a very evil looking one, crossed my face. I was still looking up at Kaito and his eyes flashed with shock his mouth falling open slightly at this new look.

"So you said you could help me?"
