at some point in time, amirah got up to sleep in her actual bed and josh left to go to his room. we all came to the mere agreement that i should stay the night until things aren't so rocky.
i opened the pull out couch and took some pillows and a blanket from the linen closet and made myself comfortable.
the volume on the tv was at a comfortable level, just loud enough for me to hear it clearly and but not loud enough to wake up anyone.

i pulled out my phone and responded to her text message with a simple "hey", keeping it simple. i briefly texted caleb that i was texting morgan which he cheered me on about.
she texted back rather quickly which was a plus.
