Royce's POV
This is what I'm talking about!
Lilly and I were halfway through watching all of the Harry Potter movies and we are currently on her favorite one; The Order of the Phoenix.
"I can see why you like this one so much" I said. Lilly still had her head on my shoulder, which I still smiled at.
"Why" she said amused.
"You probably had a huge crush on Daniel Radcliffe, plus it's the beginning of Harry's destiny, it gets more interesting!" I said.
"Wow! I'm that obvious!" She laughed.
"What super smart girl wouldn't fall for a hero like Harry Potter? Come on!" I said.
"Sounds like you know girls perfectly" she said still amused, "But who said Harry Potter was my favorite hero?"
"Ok, let's see, romantic movies, um--" I said trying to think, but Lilly started laughing, "What!"
"Why do you assume all girls like romantic movies?" She said.
Ah! I should've known, Lilly isn't that typical girl who falls for that kind of stuff, like I said before, she's a mystery. She isn't like all girls.
"So you don't like romantic chick flicks?" I said.
"I don't mind them, but eh not really into the cliche ness of today, but you still haven't guessed my favorite hero" she said.
"Okay... Let's move into action..."
"You're getting warmer" she said.
"Uh...a super gorgeous smart girl like you would probably--" I noticed she started blushing, it was cute, "--like mythology? Greek..? Like all of those God movies or whatever!"
"Ooh! Good one! I do like Greek mythology, but the movies are just terrible, Immortals, Clash of Titans they're ok, but uhg to cliche for me"
"They're ok I guess, so you like Greek mythology! Who's your favorite God then?" I said.
"Goddess!" She corrected me.
"Alright who?" I said. I love having these types of conversations, I get to know her more and more, I'm completely drawn into knowing any little thing about her, she's the mystery I need to decode.
"Athena!" She smiled.
"Nice.. Goddess of Wisdom and War, but back again to hero here... Battle movies?"
"Nope!" She said.
Then what the hell?
"Ok I'll give you a hint! Comic books!" She said.
"You read comic books?" I asked completely surprised.
"Yeah!!" She said in a 'duh' tone.
I have NEVER, EVER heard or met a girl that read comic books.
"Wow! Ok uh Superman!" I said.
"Eww!! DC?" She said pretending to be disgusted.
"Damn Lilly! You're a tough one, you don't like DC comics?"
"They're ok, I'm a Marvel fan!"
"I can see that... Now let me think who would be your hero..?"
I had to think this one through so I wouldn't be corrected by Lilly again. Knowing the little I know so far I had to use, Lilly wouldn't just choose any hero, it had to mean something to her, like everything else she likes.
