Alina's POV
My head was reeling. I didn't know what Ryan was up to but I knew it wasn't good. He hadn't spoken to us in ages. It was almost as he were a stranger living with us.
I knew his nightmares hadn't stopped. I'd woken up to his screams and the sound of glass shattering last week. He hadn't been home at night since then. If only he would just talk to me.
I managed to get up and walk to his room. I knocked loudly.
"Fuck off", he yelled rudely from inside.
"Ryan, its me Alina. Just open up I need to talk to you. Its important.", I said. The medicines were wearing me out.
Surprisingly the door opened and he stood there reeking of weed. His room was almost blurry with smoke.
"What do you want Alina?", he asked in a bored tone.
"Stay away from Aria. She's not like your other hoes Ryan. She's not another Lara for gods sake. Why can't you stick to your friends ?", I said in anger.
"You think I don't know that ? Its not like that Alina.", he said looking away.
"Then what is it like ?", I said placing my hand on the door for support. I really needed that nap.
"Its none of your business.", he said in a low voice.
"For fuck's sake just leave her alone. She's had enough to deal with she doesn't need you to fuck her over too. Its not like you have feelings for her, we both know you're incapable of that.", I fired back.
"Then tell her to stay the fuck away from me and tell her to stop coming home because I won't hesitate to fuck her.", he said raising his voice.
"You're sick you know that ? Dad would've never wanted this.", I said walking away, tears threatening to overflow.
I wish dad was here. I wish he'd never left. I wish Ryan had never been with him that day.
