Chapter 32

"I'm so done." I moaned as Angel and I slowly made our way up the steps from the parking lot to our apartments. Even though we were suppose to be slowing down, we were still pretty busy with work, setting up the nurseries, and doctors appointments so any time we got to sit down was rare and amazing. Today we had both worked until the boys picked us up for our doctor's appointments. I was trying to work and help Anna out as much as I could because in a couple weeks I was suppose to be on bed rest since I was 8 months in, Angel was only 3 weeks behind me.

"Me too, I'm fucking tired." Angel said. I felt an arm wrap around me from behind and looked up to see Austin smiling down at me.

"You okay?" He asked, looking slightly worried.

"Yeah, just tired." I managed a small smile. He squeezed me closer to his side, giving me a side hug. Then his other hand went behind my legs and lifted me up into the air bridal style. I don't usually like being carried much but this time I breathed a sigh of relief and leaned my head onto his shoulder. Alan tired to do the same for Angel but she waved him off and kept trucking up the stairs. It was times like this that made me hate living in an apartment. When we got to our door Austin put me down so he could unlock the door. Angel tried to walk past us to their door but Alan grabbed her arm and stopped her, giving her a knowing grin.

"What are you d-" she started. I was so busy watching them that I almost missed Austin grinning as well as he threw opened the door.

"Surprise!" Angel and I jumped, looking inside to see all of our friends standing there surrounded by tons of blue and pink balloons and banners.

"Aww guys!" Angel squealed in happiness looking at them all. Avery ran over to me and threw her arms around me.

"Congrats girl!" She said in my ear.

"Thanks." I said, smiling at her. Everyone we knew was here, Angel's friends and coworkers from the tattoo shop, Anna, Avery, Claire, Alan's parents, Avery's mom, who had kinda become my second mom at this point, Tino, Aaron, Phil, Kellin and Copeland, and other various friends of the guys from other bands and touring.

After making my way around to everyone and talking with them and hugging them I finally sat down on the couch with a long happy sigh and Angel sat beside me. Avery and her mom brought out two congratulation cakes and set the blue one in front of Angel and the pink one in front of me. Austin sat on the arm of the couch next to me and pulled me into another side hug.

"Congrats momma." He said, chuckling while leaning down and planting a kiss on my lips. Avery placed a piece of cake in my lap as I pulled away,

"You too dad." I smiled, instantly sticking my finger in the frosting and putting it on his nose. "Pink is a good color on you." I said chuckling as he went to wipe it off but then instead he leaned in and kissed me again, getting it all over my face.

"Okay, break it up you two." Avery laughed as she watched us he pulled away and licked my face.

"Ew!" I laughed, pushing him away and reaching for napkins to clean myself up. I felt my phone buzz and looked at it to see I already had a picture of the two of us kissing and covered in frosting from Anna, I laughed looking up and smiling at her.

"So. Do we get to hear names yet? You do have them picked right?" Anna asked as everyone settled down either in chairs or on the floor with their cake.

"We have, but..." I said, bitting my lip, "I'm not sure if I wanna announce it yet, I haven't even told Angel yet."

"Yeah, I'm kinda the same. You'll know when he's born." Angel said, looking over at me and smiling. We didn't know why we didn't want to mention names yet, it just felt good and so that's what we decided to do.
