Niall's POV
Once all the boys and I were ready, we all decided to go out into the city. We had to get ready for a show in the afternoon, but we all wanted to go and get out. I threw on a pair of shorts and a tee with my Supra sneakers. I came out into the sitting room and picked up my phone.
I scrolled through and saw a message from Liam: Meet in the lobby in ten. It had been sent eleven minutes ago. I began to type my reply, but Katie appeared in front of me.
She was jumping up and down, tugging on my shirt. "Come on Niall! Let's go places!"
I laughed. "Alright, alright, let's go down to the lobby now." She smiled and picked up her purse. We rode the elevator downstairs, and there were some fans staying in the same hotel waiting around. They began to shout at us. Katie looked up at me nervously, and I pulled her in tight.
"Sorry, babe, I'd like to tell you it gets better, but this isn't the worst." She looked down and I kissed her forehead. We walked over to some lounge chairs where all the boys were sitting.
"Finally! Katie, seriously, why'd you take so long to get ready?" Harry said with a groan.
"I was ready an hour ago, it's your boy Niall here who made us late." Katie said, and I smiled.
"Really, Niall? Really?" Zayn asked, with an attitude, and we all laughed.
"So where are we going?" Katie asked.
We all went out to lunch, and came back in time for the soundcheck and we had an amazing opening show, complete with lyric changes, Fresh Princh rap, and the boys and I doing impressions of each other.

Katie's POV
It was our last night in New York. Today, we had gone to Central Park and eaten hot dogs from a cart. We visited Times Square and the Statue of Liberty. Niall and I cuddled on the couch and wached television before leaving for the night.
I had put on a bright blue sundress with two flowing layers. The top layer came to my waist, while the bottom layer flowed to right above my knees. I put on light makeup and wore my hair in its natural slight curls. I slipped on a pair of blue Toms wedges. I grabbed my black leather Coach purse and met Niall outside the bedroom. He smiled.
"You look amazing." He said, and I curtsied. "Why, thank you." I giggled. "Ready to go, Nialler?"
He nodded and we met the boys outside our room. We took a van to Madison Square Garden. Ed Sheeran was in town as well, and he had invited us to his show.
We didn't have great seats, to be honest. We told Ed to let some fans have them. We were in the middle of the back section, and I was okay with that. After, Ed was going to come back to our hotel and hang with all of us for a bit.
We got to the venue and got inside. Nall bought me a tour tshirt, and the other boys bought some merchandise as well. We got to our seats in the sea of people. I smiled as the lights dimmed and a spotlight came onto the stage. Everyone, including the boys and I, cheered as Ed came onto the stage. He played a few songs, including the A-Team, Drunk, Small Bump and Wake Me Up. Then, he played two sadder songs in my mind.
First, he played U.N.I. "But you live in your halls and I live in a tour bus." We sang along. This reminded me of Niall and I, and I was scared that we would separate when I went to uni in the autumn. Then, Ed slowly strummed the guitar, and talked to the audience.
"Now, this next song, called homeless, please, sing along if you know the words. The song started and Ed sang the first verse, and I mulled over the idea of not being home. I had not been home for nearly a week and a half, and I really missed my family. I missed going out to breakfast with the family, and seeing Aileen, Niamh, and all of my other friends. I missed hanging out with my brother, fighting him with, even. If I had been home, Patrick would be taking me out to pubs. He would take me and Aileen, and we would go out with some of his friends, but now, that was not possible. I felt my eyes fill up with tears, and I felt Niall nudge me slightly.
